ApacheDS releases now use and installer with 1.0-RC1 and up.  The installer
also contains sources and documentation.  You will not find releases for 
apacheds earlier than 1.0-RC1 in the installers directory.  You will not find
releases for apacheds at and after 1.0-RC1 in the binary and source directories.
