23. 10/3/99 - ADDED MY TRIBUTE TO THE MOVIE BANDITS AND THE MUSIC TO MY MAIN PAGE AFTER WATCHING THE FILM ON SATURDAY. Release date for the album is 10/12/99. After I get the album, I will begin a guitar tab archive and add the song "Like It" as my next featured M&S featured selection, that is if I can find a song sample somewhere.

24. 10/23/99 - Haven't updated in awhile because my computer crashed. Anyway, my brother fixed it and I've now ADDED TWO SLIDESHOWS for downloading which contain a lot of great X-Files images. I also decided to try to learn how to make a movie, since the ones other people do are always so good. I have one almost completed, but I don't think I'll be able to post it because of the size.

25. 10/29/99 - ADDED MY GUITAR TAB FOR "MYSTERY ACHIEVEMENT" BY PRETENDERS. Sorry there's no lyrics - I'm getting lazy. Other notes: having a webpage is addicting, but too bad no one is visiting. My several attempts to be added to Yahoo have been ignored (I don't know why they won't add me). Also, I really want to post the X-Files movie I did, so I'm trying to get more webspace. Finally, my Bandits CD from Amazon.com has been shipped, so I should be receiving that in the mail shortly.

26. 11/3/99 - Well, I was determined to post the X-Files movie (Truth & Bone - Heather Nova), so I signed up for a spaceports account. The movie is located at my sister site [NOTE: this site is no longer in existence] there located at http://neptune.spaceports.com/~gogodede/index2.html with a link posted here on my main site (note: for some reason, clicking on the link sends you to the spaceports main page - probably an advertising trick, so make sure you right click). Thanks again to Tamie for her support! Other news: my Bandits CD finally arrived in the mail two days ago. The whole soundtrack is really good - I highly recommend it, but see the movie first. ADDED MY NEW FEATURED M&S SONG SELECTION, "I LIKE IT" - BANDITS (lyrics + a sound file), PLUS A SONG SAMPLE FROM THE MOVIE VERSION OF THE SONG "CATCH ME" (Isn't that a great song? I like to crank up the volume really loud and sing along).

49. 5/6/00 - BEEN UPDATING MY SITE...I HAD MORE FAVORITE PICTURES TO ADD OF GILLIAN ANDERSON AND DAVID DUCHOVNY. PLUS, I FINALLY HAVE MY SLIDESHOWS WORKING - I RE-CREATED THEM USING A DIFFERENT PROGRAM. You should have either Windows Media Player or RealPlayer to view them.

50. 5/17/00 - CREATED AND POSTED MY THIRD SLIDESHOW...IT TURNED OUT REALLY GREAT. The music is really great as well...it's "Don't Falter" by the band Mint Royale, featuring the vocals of Lauren Laverne. I heard this song on the radio just the other day and immediately thought about Mulder and Scully. I typed out the lyrics as best I could, which you can view in my song lyrics archive.

This would have been a sad day for me if it turned out to be the series finale, but season 8 is a go...woohoo! That means I have one more year to prepare for the end of my favorite show.

56. 6/6/00 - CREATED AND POSTED MY FOURTH SLIDESHOW (DANTE'S PRAYER BY LOREENA MCKENNITT) WHICH CONTAINS 35 MISC. PICTURES. I've been cleaning up my harddrive a bit, so I created this presentation in order to display the lovely X-Files pics I had hanging around.

57. 8/4/00 - WITH THE OFFSEASON OF THE SHOW, I HAVE BEEN TAKING A LONG BREAK FROM UPDATING. Let's see...I took a very nice and much needed vacation to Hawaii last month. I also went to some great concerts recently, such as Bif Naked at The Roxy, Indigo Girls at The House of Blues, and The Psychedelic Furs/The B-52's/The Go-Go's at the Greek Theater. I am also planning to attend The Bangles reunion show on 9/22/00 at The House of Blues with some friends. That should be fun as well. 60. 9/21/00 - UPDATED M&S SONG LYRICS ARCHIVE. I'm going to see The Bangles reunion concert at The House of Blues tomorrow...I'm excited!

61. 10/13/00 - REVISED SOME OF MY BREE SHARP TAB AND ADDED TWO MORE SONGS TO THE BREE SHARP GUITAR TAB ARCHIVE...ONE MORE SONG TO GO! (Although by the time I finish her second album might be out). Tomorrow I am planning to go see Dar Williams' special in-store performance at Borders. I love her new album.

62. 10/19/00 - COMPLETED BREE SHARP GUITAR TAB ARCHIVE - ADDED CHORDS FOR FASTER, FASTER. What a project that was...I probably won't be tabbing any songs for awhile.

63. 10/30/00 - ADDED GO-GO'S GUITAR TAB FOR "VACATION" TO MY MAIN PAGE. I have also been adding songs to the M&S Song Archive. X-Files premiere is this Sunday (Nov. 4)...woohoo!

64. 11/16/00 - Not much updating going on, but I am enjoying the new season of The X-Files. I went to see Nina Gordon Tuesday at the Roxy and I must say she rocked...she played most of her solo album and three Veruca Salt songs (Seether, Volcano Girls, and Benjamin). C.C. DeVille (the guitarist from Poison) even hopped on stage to perform a solo during Nina's finale. A good time was had by all!

65. 11/28/00 - updated a little - added two more guitar tab links (Aimee Mann and Veruca Salt) and continuing to add to the M&S Song Archive and my music library.

66. 1/02/01 - HAPPY NEW YEAR! I've been quite busy with the holidays, so not much updating going on. I did see Aimee Mann perform at the House of Blues back in December - she was awesome, and also Jane Wiedlin at Borders Westwood...so, so good...there are no words. My one pic with Jane came out blurry (that figures). My dad bought a scanner for X-mas so I'll be hooking that up and testing that soon. Anyway, I added some new albums to the library today, but that's about it.

67. 1/23/01 - My computer was hit by a virus, so it's taken awhile to get up and running. I haven't updated much - just my music library a bit. I went to see the Jayhawks perform at the House of Blues on Saturday. I had a good time. In the X-Files world, I'm looking forward to the season sweeps and the return of Mulder. I sure do miss the M&S interaction, but of course, Gillian Anderson is awesome. Her movie House of Mirth is now playing in select theaters and she is getting rave reviews. Go Gillian!

68. 3/1/01 - I know I haven't updated in awhile. Just thought I would check in and say hello. The 8th season on The X-Files is starting to get good...cliffhangers, cliffhangers. I can't believe the next ep doesn't air until April. That Gillian sure is impressive! In other random thoughts, I was thinking back on some of the unknown artists (i.e., opening acts) I have seen in concert who are starting to make a name for themselves. Since I have a tendency to forget easily, I thought I would start writing them down to help me remember who I have seen perform live: at the Gimme Shelter benefit at The Roxy when I went to see the Bangles, other performers were Remy Zero, Five For Fighting (now getting airplay, especially on TV shows - I really like their music!), Joseph Arthur, and Shelby Lynne (who won the grammy for best new artist this year). When I remember more, I'll have to write them down.

69. 3/11/01 - found a cool site with Go-Go's lyrics, so I added the link to my main page. I'm getting excited that the new album is almost out. Within the past few days, I've been updating a little here and there, checking links to make sure they work and stuff like that, but that's about it.

70. 5/5/01 - A lot of time has passed again...I've been pretty busy. Anyway I checked links to make sure they were still working on my main page and updated my music library. I'll probably be adding some pictures to my Gillian Anderson/David Duchovny archive in the near future. Also Season 8 of The X-Files is almost over. I'll probably add some pictures from this season when I have some more time. Other news: I'll be attending the Travis/Dido concert in June. Recently, I attended another awesome concert - Rock for Choice at the Hollywood Palladium. The event was hosted by none other than Gillian Anderson (a last minute fill in for Laura Dern) and featured sets by The Bangles (the version of "In My Room" that they performed was a definite highlight), Paula Cole, Sarah McLachlan (who performed a song she is currently working on for her new album - loved it!), and Melissa Etheridge. The audience was really into it, loud, and energetic, and I had a great time!

71. 5/9/01 - Finally updated my featured album. You probably thought I would never change it! Anyway I archived Tori Amos' album in my library. My new recommended album is The Blake Babies - God Bless the Blake Babies. Weird coincidence that the Go-Go's also reunited and have an album called God Bless the Go-Go's. I'll be picking that album up on May 15th.

73. 8/25/01 - Completed and posted an 8th Season X-Files Scrapbook. Went to see The Go-Go's in concert at the Greek Theater on Thursday (8/23/01) and am still amazed at their energy - I had a good time!

74. 8/28/01 - Signed up for another free website to replace my xoom website, which I assume will soon not work at all. As of right now, you can still access the pictures and pages stored at that site, but I think that is probably only temporary. Eventually I will start moving those files into my new site at http://gogodede.freewebsites.com.

75. 10/23/01 - I received an email today from geocities informing me that I was going over my allowed amount for site traffic of 3 gigabytes per month (measured on an hourly basis). In an attempt to stay within the limits, I have broken my site down into smaller pieces. Hopefully the simplified start page will help.

76. 12/23/01 - Happy Holidays! Today I worked on and posted "Choking on the Truth" by Bif Naked to the Guitar Tab - Songs I've Transcribed section.

78. 1/27/02 - Transcribed and added guitar chords for the new Alanis song, Hands Clean.

79. 3/23/02 - Updated my music library. Other than that, been keeping busy. Saw Suzanne Vega at the House of Blues awhile back, which was a great show. My next show is Garbage at the Wiltern Theater in June. Looking forward to that one.

80. 6/26/02 - Added a few guitar tab links and updated my music library, and tried to update this log a little.

81. 6/28/02 - Added a page for Season 9 (the final season of The X-Files); I am also going to leave up my x-files section as an archive, though I doubt there will be any more updates now that the show is over...well at least until there's a movie or something. I will try to go through it for a final update to make sure the links work. I am also removing the M&S featured selection from my x-files page. The lyrics for my last selection, Jeremy Toback's "Perfect From the Start," can now be found in the M&S Song Archive.

82. 10/16/02 - Added guitar chords for Bree Sharp's new song "Lazy Afternoon"...not sure if it's right, but I'm posting what I have so far.

87. 11/19/02 - Added chords for Bree Sharp's "The Ballad of Grim and Lily." Only two more songs to go.

88. 11/20/02 - Posted the chords for the last two songs from Bree Sharp's 2nd album. I also transcribed "Nothin' On Me" by Shawn Colvin, which can be found in the Songs I've Transcribed Section.

89. 2/23/03 - I was listening to Kathleen Edwards' Failer album (a great album) and figured out chords to Six O' Clock News which I posted to this website today.

90. 3/16/03 - Transcribed new song by The Bangles, Something That You Said, and posted it to this website today.

91. 4/9/03 - Nothing new to report besides the usual updating to my music library, but I did check out Lucinda Williams playing free at Amoeba Records tonight. There were a lot of people there to support her and her new album. She played about 10 songs, which was a real treat for a free show.

93. 1/15/04 - Happy New Year! Been pretty busy, so haven't been updating lately. Next big events: going to see Chicago the Musical w/ Patrick Swayze on 1/24 at the Pantages Theater in L.A. and then Starsailor in concert next month.

94. 7/18/04 - Hello! It's been awhile. I've been keeping quite busy. I went on vacation to Japan for my very first time in May - loved it! I went to see Sarah McLachlan perform at Staples Center this past Wednesday - she sounded amazing. Also, planning to see The Go-Go's and The Motels this coming Friday at the Orange County Fair, which should also be fun. Awhile back, I saw Mamma Mia in its last week in L.A., which was enjoyable and Dido in concert at the Wiltern, which was also great. Today, I am posting guitar chords to Sarah McLachlan's "Fallen."

95. 7/31/04 - Transcribed and added guitar chords for Butterfly Boucher's song, "Another White Dash." I've also been working on restoring broken links in the Guitar Tab Archives section.

96. 9/11/04 - Hey everyone! Transcribed and added guitar chords for Lisa Loeb's "Control the Sun."

97. 4/23/05 - Wow, been pretty busy, so I haven't updated for a real long time. I even had to give away my tickets to see U2 in concert due to work...bummer! Anyway, I added guitar chords for Butterfly Boucher's "Busy."

99. 9/3/05 - Added Tracy Chapman's "Baby Can I Hold You" and 'Til Tuesday's "You Know the Rest" guitar chords. In the guitar tab archives section, I added more artists and am in the process of fixing broken links. Also, created new guestbook, as old one has been down forever. Please sign it if you get a chance. Nothing else much to report - I'm hoping to take a vacation soon. I am planning to see Kathy Valentine solo at Amoeba Records on 9/7/05 and her Troubadour show on 9/14/05. Should be fun with Clem Burke (of Blondie) on drums!

100. 7/24/06 - Added Bon Jovi's "It's My Life" guitar chords as none of the other versions I found on the net seemed to be working for me; fixed a few of the guitar archive links & my favorite links section. In concert news, I recently went to see Radiohead (saw Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale there) and The Go-Go's at the Greek Theatre.

101. 8/10/06 - Added Heart's "Alone" guitar chords. I've been watching Rockstar Supernova, so that's what inspired the last two song adds.
