With this you enter my i.p address into the ADD /URL buttons on your winamp player located on your playlist screen at the bottem left . With this you'll be able to listen to police,ambulance,fire,amateur radio and including O.P.P . SCANNER status OFFLINE Due to Project 25 encryption the scanner feed will be off untill further notice.
