Liamme's home was first built almost 18 years ago. At first, it was used as a place to hide from enemies, hence the reason he calls it his sanctuary. With the help of his father and his wife at the time's parents, they were able to purchase and build on the land. The property consists of 102 acres, a sakura tree orchard with a lake just past it. In a small, fairly concealed garden grove near the lake is a small cemetary of sorts. The back property, farthest from the main house, is rimmed with mountains. Anubis' cabin is also here, passed the lake.
As you emerge from the forest, you see the main house, a two story building with Japanese influenced architecture. The front yard has in it a rose bush and various other plants. Flower garden maintained by Zoe and Mia are one of the first things you come across.
Upon entry of the house, you immediately see the living room. There is a large bay window looking out to the front yard and a smaller window on one of the walls. Two large couches are in it, four chairs and a small coffee table near each one. There is a fireplace, which is usually almost always burning. The room, indeed the whole house, is adorned with small souvenirs and trinkets from all over. There are also many silent weapons on display. Adjoining the living room is a hallway, the kitchen, and a flight of stairs going up.
The kitchen is very modernized, having almost anything one would need. Ninety percent of the food was grown by Liamme in the large garden at the side of the house. As one of Liamme's hobbies is cooking, the kitchen is of course all decked out, having one table in it with four chairs around it. There is a screen door leading to the back yard from the kitchen.
The hallway leading from the living room leads into a few other rooms, one being the library. There is a small desk in it, cluttered usually with Liamme's notes, scrolls, papers and data pads. The library consists of a little over five hundred books, mostly fiction and educational. He has been collecting these books in his library almost his entire life. The hallway also leads to a bathroom, two guest rooms and a closet. The now hidden door to Liamme's lab and workshop is also in this hall.
The stairs lead to another hallway of rooms. In the hallway, leaning against a wall, is a samurai suit of armor dressed on a mannequin. There is also a bathroom up here along with Zoe's room, Skylar's room, Mia and Liamme's bedroom, and an in construction nursery for Mei. There is a small room at the end of the hallway Liamme uses for meditation and relaxation.
When you walk out the back door from the main house, you must walk about a quarter mile to get to the beginning of the orchard. It consists of six rows of ten trees, (sixty trees altogether for the fellow math geniuses out there). All the trees are sakura trees, which are Japanese cherry blossom trees. They have white flower like petals on their buds, which give off a sweet, faint scent. When you walk to the other side of the orchard, you will come across a fairly large lake about a mile wide. It has a small dock with a single rowboat at the end. There is a small wooden platform in the middle of the lake, which is excellent for sunbathing. The lake is populated by many different kinds of fish, ranging from catfish to bass, and usually Liamme asks a 'catch and release' policy be used. Near the left side of the orchard, about two rows in, is a small and fairly well hidden garden grove. In it, there is one gravestone. The gravestone is for his first wife and child, Jean and Kira. This is where Liamme goes when he is troubled about something and he spends a lot of time there.
About a half mile past the lake is a small cabin, currently the residence of Anubis. Near the back of the property is a small mountain range. Liamme rarely ever goes back to it, though he does enjoying hiking.
