I run into many people from small towns who say there was nothing to do when they were growing up other than drink, do drugs, and get into trouble. So how come I remember my youth in Iroquois Falls (pop. 6500) as being the busiest time in my life without any of that stuff? Between music, computers, and outdoor activities, I was lucky to be home for supper or to get my homework done. That's where I spent my first eighteen years learning music, working at the Abitibi-Price paper mill, swimming my summers away, mountain climbing, riding motorbikes, and doing musicals in high school. I go back whenever I can, usually once or twice a year if I'm lucky. The cross-country skiing is great!

I've been in Toronto since I moved here to go to Humber College (music again) in '87, save for one year in Kitchener, which was great! Since then, it's been in and out of various day jobs and stage gigs in Canada and the U.S. Latest aspirations include studying again and trying to do some music producing.
