PROP REPLICA BUYER'S BILL OF RIGHTS
We are many.
In some ways we are different, and in some ways we are the same.  We all grew up in a world where we could actually look and touch what we are about to buy, but no longer.  The internet, that wonderful tool, has put us in contact with items and information that we may have never even know about otherwise.
When we, the buyer, make a purchase, we not only surrender money but we also surrender trust.  We ask questions of the sellers and we believe their answers.  Simply, all we want is what has been promised to us in the time and quality that was stated.  The transaction has started and now we wait.  And wait.  And wait... something has gone wrong.
The internet has given us a fast and easy way to communicate.  And in a cyberworld where we are bombarded with information and slogans and rumors, we fell more alone than ever when we can not contact one person.  That person is the prop replica seller.  We email, post, call and fax for the smallest bit of information only to be given an excuse.  They may be valid or they may be bogus, but in the end what has really been said is "You are just not as important as the other things in my life and you were not worth the two minutes it takes to write to write an email keeping you informed of the situation."
We the buyer understand that things happen and sometimes a project gets held up.  We can not understand why those sellers do not show us the respect to keep us updated.  After all, they most likely advertised their businees to us, we did not ask them to do us a favor.  Why is it that you were always there to answer questions before we bought, but now it takes weeks just to find out if an item has been shipped?
WHAT WE WANT... The truth, and yes we can handle it.  Keep us informed of changes to the order.  Answer our emails in a timely manner.  Remember, we did not give you our money so that you would tell us about the problems in your personal life, and we do not want to hear them.  And if all else fails, bite the bullet and offer us our money back.
To all the prop replica sellers out there that are saying, "No kidding! How else are you suppose to get repeat business if you don't show mutual respect?"  We, the prop replica buyer say, THANK YOU and you know this by the way we keep coming back to you.  We want you to know we appreciate you for it.
