December is here. This month for the Movie Critics Corner I hope to focus on Christmas-themed movies, mostly the classics. Since I try to have a fresh movie critique up each weekend that would mean four good movie reviews a month. My main interest is in the classics although I try to watch a wide variety of genres. There are certain movies I would avoid, either because of the subject matter or certain actors/actresses in particular. Still, you will find a large variety each week. Anyhow, this feature of this website has been a fun project for me.

For the music I try to choose the best renditions I can find and I certainly found a lot of good music for this month. This week I have two songs, one for this page and one for the Movies page. The one you hear here is called "Silver Bells." It seemed to fit with the falling snow. On the Movies page you will hear a powerful version of "Carol of the Bells."

In November I added a Java feature where you can view all the chatters images on one page: Quick View. The original photos of the chatters were not affected, so feel free to view the pictures on the chatters own html page from the Our Chatters link and read their bios. The cool Flash animation was done by Spot.

Since more than one JavaScript item can't be used on the same page, I have omitted the easy navigation
drop-down menu which uses JavaScript. The falling snowflakes are in JavaScript.
I had to make a choice. The drop-down menu will be back again in January.
