Long Time No Update
I hope to get back to this very, very, very soon. My life has been a roller coaster over the past two years with the birth of another son, two moves across country, my husband going to Prison on a bogus charge that he finally got off on and the purchase of a house in Rural Western New York.
I thank those of you who have been loyal and continued to return here inspite of the fact that I have posted nothing for two years. I have been working on pursuing my writing career and hope to post some of my writing here soon, published (if that ever happens) and unpublished, fiction and non-fiction, poetry and prose, as soon as I can.
Again, thank you for your loyality.
I have returned.

FDA Approves Mark of the Beast
It would seem that prophecy has again come true. The bible says that we will all someday bear the mark of the beast or be chastised or killed for not doing so. Is this the mark that it refers to? It would seem so to me.
Today, I saw on the local news channel in my area that the FDA approved the VeriChip for medical use. Upon hearing this I decided that I wanted to know more about it since we all know that you cannot trust corporate, broadcast news. So, I did a google search for "VeriChip", and what did I find? Well, my results may shock you.
Let me begin by saying that I have seen this coming for quite some time although I thought that it would be implimented for perhaps another reason (ie, finding missing persons, etc.). Either way, one of my worst fears has become a reality, and, like my husband, I hope that the things that I see and the theories that my mind concieves based upon the things that I see are just the ramblings of a paranoid old Hippie, but like him, I have constantly been proven wrong.
About 6 months or so ago I was asked to participate in a consumer focus group in regards to accesses to medical records and access to the information. I was asked not to mention this to anyone, but since the VeriChip has been approved by the FDA I figure that it is probably all right. Many questions were asked during the three days that this study took place. It began simply, asking things like, "How do you keep track of appointments?" and "How do you access medical information if you child or loved one was in a accident?" That was the first day. After that the questioning began to lean toward this very thing and I protested it and brought up all of my own personal privacy concerns. Questions like "What kinds of ways would make it easier for Emergency responce personnel to access vital information in the case of an emergency and the person could not respond" were asked. This is when the question of the computer chips came up.
It seemed to me that most participants in the focus group were all for such technology, so I brought up the point of what they tried to do with the California drivers licenses some years back with the scannable barcode thingys or what ever on them. I told the group that how do we know what is being put on those chips really. They may tell us that it is being used for access to "Vital Medical Information", but how can we be sure that that is what is really on them. I asked the moderator if I would have access to all information, Would I be able to see what was on the chip, but my questions were avoided and the moderator moved on to something else. One or two of the other participants saw my point, but most bought the lie and "believed" that it was a good thing and that they wouldn't do something like that, and that they only had our safety in mind. I thought it was all bull shit really, but now I see that no matter what I thought it was going to be done anyway. I was given $100 incentive check for participation in this focus group.
Now, in my google search I came across the website of the company that makes the VeriChip implants. The url is: http://www.adsx.com/prodservpart/verichip.html. The company's logo is "Technology that cares".
If you read further into the site you will see that there is much more to the story than the corporate, broadcast news cares to announce. They proudly state that the chip has the potential to be used in a variety of security, financial, and other applications, and that an unique ID number can be accessed by scanning the chip, allowing the stored information to emit a radio frequency signal transmitting the verification number. It goes on to talk about using it for access to restricted access to government installations and all that hoopla, but also talks about using it for airport security, baggage checks, flight manifest logs and airline or law enforcement software databases and also as a form of secure access to consumer products such as PCs, laptops, cars, cell phones, and even homes and apartments. It also mentions using it as a form of financial protection in replacement of ATMs by scaning the chip to access bank accounts.
Now, I don't know about you, but this scares the living hell out of me. If the chip can be used for all of those things, what else can they do with it? Quite frankly I don't want to think about it, but the sad reality is, is that I have to because right now implantation is voluntary; how long before it becomes manditory?
The VeriChip Corporation also has .PDF pamplets availble for download. You can pre-register for your chip on their site. You can get a list of authorized VeriChip Centers and distributors, and they also have the ChipMobile in which they say The ChipMobile is on the Move! Watch for the Chip Mobile coming to your town!".

What sickens me the most out of all of this is that We, the People of this Grand Fasist Democracy have had no say in any of this. No one asked me to vote for this. Sure, they asked my opinion in a focus group, but that is hardly the same thing. I hope others out there are as concerned about this as much as I am, because it scares the hell out of me and only gives me one more reason to get the fuck out of this country.

Hippie Remedy for Staph
Needed ingredients:
1.)4x4 gauze pads
2.)A roll of 4in gauze
3.)A bottle of listerine or the equivalent generic
4.)A triple antibiotic topographical oitment such as neosporin although equivilant generic will work too.
People say, "Listerine"? Listerine was the first topographical
antibactericalogical agent in History. It was developed by DR. Lister in
the 1640's in England. Before Listerine, if you got a compound fracture,
you died of gaingreen. After Listerine you had a very good chance of
survival if you treated it carerfully.
TREATMENT:
You can use rubber gloves if you want. I personally don't and I've never gotten staph and I've treated over 100 cases this way.
1.)If you wish to you can soften up the scabs first to make removal easier.
The way to do this is take a dishpan, fill it about half full with water,
add 3 or 4 caps of bleach to make sure it is biologically neutral, soak or
swab the scabs with the warm water and bleach mixture until they soften up.
2.)Strip scabs off the wound with clean gauze. Throw gauze pad away after
every wipe in one direction.
3.)After all scabs are striped scrub open wound with Listerine. After fulling cleaning all puss and debree out of wound allow to air dry. Do NOT blot.
4.)After all wounds have been cleaned dress with neosporin or equivelant.
After dressing wounds this way wrap with gauze or if you can't wrap, try
some of them 3/3 oversized bandaides, they work too.
5.)When you first start the treatment, until you see marked improvement,
repeat every 4-6 hours. After seeing marked improvement which will be
approximately 24-36 hours, and you'll see the redness around the wound
decrease and it will stop weaping puss, and a fresh new scab, just apply
neosporin to the scab every 8 hours. Keep wrapped or covered for 2 more
days and then allow to be open to the air. Apply neosporin every time it
appears to be really drying out, it could be up to 12 hour intervals. It
should disapper within 7-10 days.
This is for mild to medium case of staph. If you fear you have a bad case,
go to a physican and get on antibiotics. In my experience, this particular
remedy which was shown to me a long time ago has worked every time. IT IS
NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH COMPROMIZED IMMUNE SYSTEMS (HIV, FINAL STAGE HEPITITIS,
ETC).
