What is Redwall?


For you poor souls out there that don't know what Redwall is, here's an explination.

Redwall is an abbey in a series of books, as well as the title of the origional book. All of these books generaly are oriented around Redwall, or the forming of it. The books, in chronological order are: Martin the Warrior, Mossflower, Outcast of Redwall, Mariel of Redwall, The Bellmaker, Salamandastron, Redwall, Mattimeo, and Pearls of Lutra. All are excelent books. In all nine of them, the characters are all animals. The goodguys are woodlanders--mice, squirrels, otters, etc. The badguys are known as plain vermin--rats, weasels, ferrets, foxes, etc. These books are all about the woodlanders battling for their homes against the vermin. These wonderful books are written by Brian Jacques.
