| 1: Only 2nd edition spells/classses/items can be used. No custom/homemade spells/classes/items. We believe this is the only really fair way to do things. DM's
can not be in the room all day to referee each custom item. There
are a FEW exception to this. Since many here like RPing dragons, dragons
will be allowed. But only dragons the size of a hatchling may enter the tavern. Vampires are also legal as long as they possess an
additional legal character class, and as long as they abide by
all the other rules regarding legal use of spells/powers/items.
Liches are legal as long as they abide by all the other rules
regarding legal use of spells/powers/items. 2: Max level in a single class is 40. Max total levels for all classes is 60. We believe this to be fair, it is intended to block the level 40/40/40 mage/cleric/psionicists type characters. If you above this level feel free to bring in your character, just adjust their levels, and their abilities accordingly. 3: No artifacts or relics. 4: No True Dweomers, High magic, or Quest magic. No spells above level 9. 5: Nobody with innate MR. If you choose to play a class that has MR then you lose it. The only exception is MR given to you by an item or spell that is legal (not custom made). 6: In battle you get to post an in character action, you then wait for your opponent to make an in character (IC) action before making your next in character action. 7: If an effect is deemed against the rules it is null and void, retroactively. 8: This list may be added to, so check it often. |
