What the heck are you up to? Having just managed to earn my M.S. in organic chemistry in December 1998, I'm currently working on my PhD in science education, after which time I intend to make everyone call me Dr. Lori. I hope to teach chemistry or science education at the college level, until then I earn my living and my tuition waiver as a teaching assistant. In the meantime I fill my time with volunteer work at a local domestic violence shelter and my two part-time jobs: the aforementioned pizza delivery and singing in cafes, piano bars and the occasional wedding. I also have too many hobbies to count.
Recent Developments? Got new car after old faithful '88 Buick was totaled by dippy undergrad, had unpleasant not-very-romantic run-in with clueless Columbia graduate, currently searching for full-time job to earn money during the summer TA-less months.
