To stay a member of RoD you must be active on our IRC channels. The two channels in use are: #RoD and #RoDWar. #RoD is the public channel and is used for recruits, friends of RoD, and general discussion/chat. In #RoD there are NO saying PA coordinates and no bad language(remember there are children in this game). #RoDwar is the private channel for members only, it is used to coordinate attacks, defence, discuss private RoD matters, and general RoD chat.

If you are using the comm unit, please download a more flexible IRC client such as mIRC at http://www.mircx.com. Once installed enter in your desired nick and email and add the Planetarion IRC server: irc.planetarion.com (port 6667). To join the channels type /join #RoD and /join #rodwar currentkey in any window.

For more advanced options and commands please ask someone once in #rod. It will also be required for you to register your IRC nickname at the Planetarion IRC service website at www.irc.planetarion.com. Goto this web site and click on register if you haven’t done so. Once you have completed your registration at the cservice homepage, Add the following line to the perform box in your mIRC options. /msg P@cservice.planetarion.com LOGIN nickname password(replace "nickname" with the nickname that you registerd and "password" with the password that you selected).
