discovered him at a Vulcon Convention

1, 1997 in
St.
Pete, Florida!
His
story:
He
was found wandering around on his own in the Alpha quadrant.
Apparently
he was the only survivor of a Borg scout ship.
He
was born "Borg", in one of their laboratories.
He
has been adopted by a Kingon/Terran couple
in
the hopes of assimilating him into their own races.
So
far, the attempts have not been successful.
It
has something to do with the fact
that
he was conceived in a test tube in the Borg Hive.
