| Responsibility for all Soft/Hardware & implementation of new systems in buisness including project development & control on Helpdesk startup & online Intranet database structure for inventory system
- Focus on development & managing all client hardware, desktops & their peripherals, all monitors, printers & accesories. Also administration of all mobile phones & internal/external voice dial Samsung DCS Phone/ISDN system with a responsibility for introducing new blue tooth technology in the mobile phones pool for binding it toghether with the DCs system. Providing 2nd & 3rd level support in this focus area with the responsibility of managing inventory & all related issues with Clients & networked systems at the Netdoktor buisness. Worked on several projects; management work & workflow control on Helpdesk setup using Exchange 5.5 & inventory database set using MSSQL & Oracle. Image upsizing & improvement process & documentation process development. Upgrade of IT-Operations documentation & information database structure on local intranet pages. Roll-Out & implementation of new in-house development application XMetal for upgrade to XML content management system. Implementation & information about different process workflows for Operations such as cost control & inventory upgrades. Involvement on mail upgrade from Cutepopper FreeBSD to Postoffice ver.3.53 running on Windows2000 server.
- This was all in primarily a Windows NT 4.0 enviroment administering & configuering/supporting both NT4.0 servers & workstations, upgrades from this on a number of clients to Windows2000 server/Professional was also carried out. MSSQL & Oracle PL/SQL database setup from MSAccess level using relational database queries to implement inventory system on online intranet running on ASP services from Linux Redhat system, with development of present programming from HTML to ASP & XML. Also configuration & administration of the following: Citrix Metaframe running Navision Financials system, remote support using ORL/VNC, Image processing using Norton ghost 6.0, WindowsNT Server/User-manager, HpJetdirect & HPwebjetadmin setting up and administering SNMP trapping & firmware upgrades, Postoffice 3.53 mail administration, Inquiste DB content management & Multimark DB setup & support and Backup Exec installation & administration.
- All of above required cooperation with most other areas of the Netdoktor Buisness and project working with external costumers as well. Working to deadlines to a very high standard in a fast paced enviroment where quality and creativity is at its peak.

| Helpdesk Logging & telephone and direct 1st, 2nd and 3rd lvl. support to around 1000 users in Europe in cooperation with worldwide helpdesk based in Canada:
- Daily face to face and telephone support of applications and different OS, mostly: MSoffice97 and Lotus Notes platforms and Citrix Metaframe system in multitasking enviroment along with Tandem based business related ordering/logistic system.
This involved front end support and Network administration on Windows95/98/NT plus administration of user accounts and MSExchange mailboxes in conjunction with System Management Server (SMS) as a tool for remote support and workstation/server configuration. Problemsolving & analysis of non-MS softwareapplications for faultreport and documentation of solutions for:Lotus Notes database, Citrix Metaframe system running Hyperion/Excel/Access, Oracle Finance ODBC, SNA Advantis, VPN remote system and internal ODBC/access based quotesystem for ordering and shipping confirmation.
- Integration and installation of 3rd party and other costumized hardware on a day to day basis. Mainly with installation of Compaq Deskpros and IBM Thinkpad Laptops with hardware diagnostics testing and configuration as part of major rollout for standardisation and upgrade process.
- Involved in european Wan/Lan roll-out project & MSexchange+NT4server upgrade from Unix/Tandem system. This included setup/configuration of 3COM switches(RJ45/11 connections), Cisco 1600-> series Routers, Main frame relay stations on X25/X400 links and Telephone switching(Analog&Digital).
This required extensive travel in 10 different countries and 24 hour shifts working on a deadline basis with a focus on communication to end user, whereas languageskills, stresslimits and teamwork became vital for success.
