Raistlin's Study



   As you step into the alcove, you are mysteriously transported to the archmage's  study. The room is warmed by a large marble fireplace with a cheery orange-red blaze. You look around at all the elaborate decorations, fine furniture only the wealthy could afford, and numerous objects of strange and exotic interest. But what most impresses you is Raistlin's enormous collection of books on history, philosophy, poetry, and other subjects that line the walls.
     Raistlin gazes at you as you stand staring in awe at the books, amusement shining in his golden eyes. "Go ahead," he says softly. "Choose any book you like and come sit by the fire and read." He comes to stand next you and you can feel the unnatural warmth radiate from his body. You also sense a strong aura of power surrounding him. Returning your thoughts to the books, you try to make up your mind on what to read first.
