Hillary's / cailean's rules...

001: Respect your Master at all times. Never go against his word or wishes or commands.
002: Remain loyal and faithful at all times at all cost. Meaning no one is allowed to touch you with out you reacting appropriately. 
003: When in an intense PM such as cyber, discussions or punishments speaking in the room is forbiden save for a polite hello or goodbye to friends when they are about to leave. After which a " brb I'm busy " or something to that effect must be spoken. Just because you are being punished in private does not mean you have to be rude in public. This also does not mean you can jump out every 3 seconds and say hello to people a dozen times. If they know you're busy then ya already said it to them once they'll understand. When PMed before replying finish speaking to Me.
004: When asked or commanded to perform a service of any type at all for your Master in public or private you will do so with out interuption. If an interuption is required to ensure the well being of another then permission must be asked. 
005: Breaks are a necessity, and permission is not required for this but the common curtosy of informing your Master of your absence is required. Such as... " brb potty " or " i got to take a leak" anything just say something so I know you're afk, and await an apropriate responce if possible. *duties at home so not to upset your family are the only excuse for not waiting for a responce* 
006: Flirting will not be tollerated. It will be delt with severlly. First time warning, second time punishment, third time silent treatment, fourth time removal of collar.
007: Public displays of effection are required. Cyber in public is not but kissing hugging things of that nature are.
008: Lying is grounds for immediate collar removal. No exceptions. Little white lies aren't even acceptable. So no " yes Sir i'm goign to bed" and then not doing it.
009: Talking bad about yourself will not be tollerated. Attempting to make you feel better will be tried, however, if it continues punishment may be presented.
010: Never stop a serve or something of that nature without good cause. See also rule #003.
011: Do not ever under any circumstances do anything that you would have a problem with me doing. This is a good way to help keep yourself in check and out of trouble.
012: Think before you speak. Sometimes things are said with out thought being placed into what is actually being spoken. This leads to hurtful words or actions.
