Av's are little pictures that members of the excite chat room use to represent themselfs. The av can be of any little picture, say from Titanic, any shows or movies. I make av's as a hobbie, it's fun I think, but in order to make av's you need a program. Everyone on the chat room has the same size av, which is 48 x 64. But there is 1 other size it can be which is 102 x 116. The only way to get the big av is to have the program Mega Big heads. Hosts, (People who watch the chat room to make sure theres nothing bad going on) get mad when we make our av's big because it has to do with some kind of a copywrite thing. When they see us in the room using Mega Heads, they kick us out. the only way to kick someone out of the chat room is to have the host's program (but in order to do that you have to become a host.) As soon as you choose the room you want to go to and all that, make sure you click on become a member, download full chat softwear something like that. Downloading this should take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how fast your computer runs and it is ALL FREE. Yeah, I was quite ammazed too how it could be such an awesome chat room without costing you a penny but it is and I'm damn happy because I love it there and go there every single day. The pictures that looks like a mug are people that are guests in the room, not members meaning they did not download the chat room. Trust me, don't just be a guest, you don't get an av and you get made fun of. People make fun of the guests because they feel that they are too stupid to become a member. Most of the time people call them Mugs because they look like little mugs. I hope you make the choice of becoming a member. Its one of the best things I've ever did.
