Instructions:

Jetstorm:
 From robot mode turn shoulders upside down, fold arms down
and straight out to sides, twist hands/missle launchers to face
forward and close hand covers.
 Bend knees back, lift jets and shin covers as far from leg as
possible, flip heels in, point feet downward.

Scavenger:
 From vehicle mode flip crane arm forward, flip arms up to robot
mode, and position them "out of the way".
 Turn waist to one side(1 to the left and 1 to the right for lf/rt
arms) and bend at hips and knees, point feet straight.

Mirage:
 From vehicle mode flip spoiler down at shoulders to form foot.  Flip
up gun and turn robot head around.  Lift car front up and bend back
down so there's a gap for Jetstorm's shin covers to fit in.

Attach legs:
 Put Jetstorm's shin covers and yellow jets in between car hood and
car body with the rest of Jetstorm's legs behind car body.  The side
notches of the shin covers should fit over the yellow support
connecting the hood to car body.  The top notch of Jetstorm's foot
should hook under the top notch of Mirage's waist piece.
 This holds together "kinda good", but I'd also suggest using the
rubber bands that come with Mirage to secure the leg, wrap from the
hood to the back of Jetstorm's foot.

Attach arms:
 Separate Scavenger's legs and put around Jetstorm's upper arms, and
then reconnect Scavenger's feet.  Scavenger's legs should face inwards
toward Jetstorm, while the treads should push against Jetstorm's lower
arms.

Now just fiddle with posing the arms, it's a little hard to get him to
stand if Jetstorm's hip joints are loose.  I'll maybe experiment with
adding a coat of nail polish to stiffen them when I pick up an extra
Jetstorm.

       Jetstorm is Megatron's most loyal and single-minded Maximal hunter.
While the other Generals seem to have hidden goals, Jetstorm relishes each
chance to steal a Maximal spark. Therefore Megatron has equipped
Jetstorm with more power, 2 race car and destructicon drones
to command and use to form the super-robot "VEHITRON".
   "VEHITRON" retains Jetstorm's arsenal of energy blasters and plasma
bombs while adding plasma mine blasters, multiple missle launchers,
galva-conductors and heavy armor.
     Although as VEHITRON Jetstorm is more powerful than any other
Vehicon or Maximal, he is reluctant to merge with his four drones.
Jetstorm must give up his own ego and personality and submit his
body to the command of VEHITRON who is controlled solely by Megatron.
He also feels insulted when forced to forego his flight abilities and
set foot on the ground, which he feels is "beneath" him.
	  Jetstorm prefers to use his four ground drones as separate
units, flushing out Maximals for his aerodrones to destroy.
