THE CONCEPT
Cheesy BoB's Cafe du Stuff is basically a concept produced mainly in our imaginations. This restaurant does not exist in any physical forms (except maybe a few blueprints). This section of the TMDOTPBM Enterprises, Inc. Website is devoted to educating you in the mission of Cheesy BoB's Cafe du Stuff.
WHY BOTHER?
Since essentially every partner included in the creation of Cheesy BoB's was once an employee in a restaurant and was thus treated extremely unfairly, we decided to propogate an institution that would treat both the customer AND the employee with respect (because we know that the customer ISN'T always right).
THE PROBLEM
We saw a pattern in our experiences at the various restaurants we worked at: The Customer was upset and informed the Employee about it. The Employee would happily do what they could to ammend the situation. In the course of time, the Customer would continually disclose their dissatisfaction with the Employee, who would in turn get upset or angry with the Customer, their job, and their fellow Employees. Every Employee would get upset just because the Customer wasn't satisfied.
THE PROJECTED SOLUTION
By making sure that both the Employee and the Customer are aware of the fact that the Customer isn't always right, we can actually make the whole process within the restaurant run smoother. If the Customer knows not to complain about their stupidity, then the Employee will not be bothered with punitive problems and will be able to concentrate on larger ones. With the Employee happy, they will in turn do everything within their power to make the Customer happy, hopefully eliminating any problems to begin with.
