If the membership is full when the CM receives the application, the applicant will be placed on the waiting list.

Upon receipt of the application, the CM will send the applicant a copy of the most recent available mailing $2.00 will be deducted from the initial fee to be placed in the club treasury, with the remainder of the fee being used to open up the member's account.

This mailing fee must be sent in each month for the mailing cost.

An entry of at least one zine/page is required on a bimonthly basis along with the members sufficient mailing fee. For members failing to submit an entry within the 2 month span will be given a 1 month extension for extenuating circumstances. The CM will determine page credit. Entries must be no larger than standard 81/2 x 11. Copy requirements & deadlines will be listed on the APA members page.

Article 3

When a vacancy in the membership occurs the CM will invite a senior wait-lister to become a member of the Orcomx APA. The wait-lister will receive a copy of the most recent mailing, if his /her account contains sufficient funds for packaging & mailing and also complies with the rules set forth for the active members.
Each member retains all rights to his/her own contributions.

Article 4

Contributions must reach the CM by the deadline to ensure publication for the month if the entry is late, it will be published in the next issue.

A wait lister who contributes to the ORComx APA will receive a copy of that mailing, provided that the sufficient mailing cost is sent in with their entry.

Article 5

All copies of the APA will be mailed flat in an envelope by priority mail for members within the U.S. while copies for members outside the U.S. will be sent by first class mail.

If a copy of an ORComx APA mailing is lost in the mail the CM will replace it at no charge, provided an extra copy is available.

Subtraction of the costs of mailings, postage & handling and printing necessary pages, will be divided equally among the members & waitlisters receiving the mailing, with the exception of the CM. The costs will be subtracted from their accounts.

No refunds will be made for dropped accounts. Any member who resigns or is dropped from the roster owing money must pay the full amount before rejoining the Orcomx APA.
