you're across the room
and I'm off in my own
little solar system
everything is just the same
but yet something is different
you might as well be
on the other side
of this galaxy
because there is a void
between us that seems
vast and encompasing
maybe I'll get caught
in some planet's gravitational pull
but what I really want
is to be back in yours
