Little Flower
By Elizabeta
December 10, 1998
Trapped in the darkest night,
the little flower looks for the sun
She can't make it without the light
It looks like it's over before it's begun
And just when she starts to despair,
a ray of hope shines in the room
The work of Someone Upstairs
to save her from the gloom
Only He can light up a darkened room
and make the sun come out again
He's the only one who can save you
from darkness and from sin.
So trust in God, like the little plant
Her darkness disappeared with His sunlight
If we leave our troubles in God's hands
We can make it through our darkest nights.
