you do not know me
but yet
you critize
you judge
you hate me
you do not understand
my mind
my soul
my heart
you don't understand
me
because you never tried
you'd rather hate
and descriminate
your heart would stop beating in your chest
if you said anything good about me
you say that I'm bitter
well, who wouldn't be after being
enlightened by your
rash words of fire?
you pretend to be a caring person
then why do you speak
without contemplating the effects
of your insensitive words?
I guess you just don't understand
I'm not your toy
I'm not your dog to kick
I'm not your lab rat in whose veins
you inject toxic chemicals
I'm a real human being
with real feelings
and a real ego
which is smarting right now
of course you don't care
but you will someday
yeah
when I'm rich and famous
you'll be sorry that you ever said those things to me
