Character information: Altas

General history

History not currently available.

Development of abilities

Altas's abilities first manifested in 2834 when he discovered various enhancements in his programming, including an increase in processing speed, occasional emotional subroutines, and various datastream recordings of future memories. How precisely he developed his active powers is not known, but it is known that he is capable of long-range telekinesis and other actions similar to his fellow Ghosts. However, he seems to prefer to use hardware enhancements more than his paranormal abilities.

Traits

Cybrid Metagen. Constructed 2828,03,09 in Neptunian space. Average height by Cybrid standards, short for Human. Green eyes, precise and calculating, yet casual and relaxed. Does not possess any form of sadness or compassion. Difficult to anger, but when successful, is prone to extreme tantrums of nonsense. Socialises poorly amongst humans. Does not use "//", "\\" or "< word >" tags in thought, programming or speech.

Character study

He activated his systems and ran through a quick diagnostic cycle.

All systems were within operational parameters. He did not react to this discovery: it was as it should be.

Powering down disturbed him: he was never certain that when he reactivated, his programming would be the same. At least he did not suffer that human malady known as dreaming. To suffer such sensory malfunction during a powered-down state (in which he had no control over himself) was even more disturbing.

All systems online, he focussed his eyes, scanning the surroundings. All things were where he had left them. But as he was not expecting visitors and things usually did not move of their own accord, he should not even have considered it.

Disturbed, he ran another scan on himself to be sure his processors were running at full efficiency.

They were. Somehow, that disturbed him even more.
