A Song For Tammy

If I could gather all the feelings
thats are scattered in my heart,
all the love and sadness
that was slowly torn apart,

I'd grow them into roses sweet
the blossooms soft and true,
I'd run across this desert land
and bring them all to you.

Once icy cold and tired orb
my life compelled by fire,
Once thorny weed, now blooming rose
my heart filled with desire.

In this life, to make a rose,
some bitter seeds are sown,
But yours has been the sweetest love
my heart has ever known.

I will love you forever

For years to come, the stars will run,
from blazing sun each day.
A Fable told, a Life grows cold,
and dreams are sold away.

Though we may fight, throughout the Night,
a distant Light may call.
Like wodden mast, or walls held fast,
one day at last we fall.

But fear not Sleep, nor thoughts held deep,
the Pain we keep inside.
For dawn will wake, and Day may break
as Life we take in stride.

I've danced with Satan on a frozen wire
seen good men go to the blazing pyre
I've walked with the Father in the morning light
And tried to decide whats wrong , whats right.

Through Fire and Ash, the Spirit of hope
was thrown to me like a lifesaving rope
Too precious to save, the ongoing Feast
Too harmful to lose the ravaging Beast

The child I hold, so safe in my arm
Sheltered from cold, protected from harm
With eyes like a diamond, and smile like a gem
I would give anything, to see her again

Shining Light,
the brightest I've known.
Make kindess,love, and lonliness one.

A gentle glade,
your heart a calming breeze,
reflecting deep desire.

Wild waves plunder
the shore of my hear,
when tides of love ebb,
as seperate we become.

Oh stars, Thy distant light shines
on desert dry, and forest green,
and renews my love
which I embrace as life,

And fill my heart
in one moment of love.

I woke up this morning, and the entire world had vanished.
Sometimes fog is like that

Gallows

Father time,
have you come for me?
It seems a line
is thrown to me.

The axe of Fate
has come my way
a final date
will make me pay

Your icy gaze
sends chills to the bone
Father Time,
have you come alone?

Laugh, laugh at you
dont ask me to dare
Your stony touch
dont ask me to care

Mother says
can i shed a tear?
for all this time,
I just got here.

I met a dark stranger
while walking one day
Which way he was going
he just couldn't say

We talked about things
and the dreams that we had
but the tone of his voice
still sounded so sad

He spoke of a girl
that had left him one night
Not to return
from the darkness in Light

His emptiness grew
until it was clear
the end of this Journey
is never too near

He spoke, I recall
of the Sorrow he said
was somehow familiar
as once memories fled

A vision of love
whos life is now gone
Brought it all back
been gone for too long

To the stranger I asked
"What road you will take?"
He looked to the distance
afraid now to speak

We parted that day
with a clearness of thought
An image of Life
the stranger still sought

But loooking back now
the stranger I've seen
no nameless life,
just the stranger I've been

The wheels of time
keep traveling on.
Im halfway there
and very little done.

Time grows short
soon comes to an end.
To face the father
and time here defend.

The dreams I have
still growing wide.
A path or direction
I still must decide.

But one who is precious
her love I can see
that one fleeting smile
means oceans to me.

So years come and go
like ashes and flame.
A counting of worth

with just me to blame.
My legacy lies
in a child with love,
Remember me always
when stars shine above.
