The following is a breakdown of the registration fees for BotCon 2002. The only fee required is the basic registration. Everything else is optional, but adds to the BotCon experience. To print out the official form for registration, go here. Confirmation material will be mailed out in June.

Basic Registration - $40
This is the only required fee. Everyone must pay this fee, whether you are a dealer or non-dealer. A basic registration provides a weekend admittance, name badge, and a program. Additionally, this year's preregistrants will receive a free mint-in-package toy. Please note that you can buy admittance during any days of BotCon, but you don't receive all the perks mentioned above. At the door, it cost $15 for one day admittance, and $25 for two-day admittance. Please also note than children born after July 15, 1991 are admitted free. All preregistration forms must be postmarked by June 1st. Below are pictures of past giveaways for basic registration.

Toy #1 - $12, up to two may be ordered

Each year, BotCon allows those who attend BotCon to purchase very limited edition repaints of recent molds. Preregistrants can only buy one of each toy at "preregistrant" price, but can purchase another at full price. Those who do not preregister have the opportunity to buy any surplus sometime during the Sunday of BotCon at full price. The exclusive toys are yet unknown at this time. Friday Night Semi-Formal Dinner - $60
On Friday night, Transfans have the opportunity to attend a semi-formal dinner. This party is limited to 300 preregistrants. At this time, it is unknown what the attendees will experience. It is known that the dinner will have exclusive give-away items. Friday nite "parties" were sponsored in 1997, 2000, and 2001. In 1997, the exclusive items were painted decoys and storyboards. In 2000, the exclusive items were a limited edition collector's plate and a Reaching the Omega Point comic with a variant cover.

2001 presented the guests with Maximal and Predacon posters as well as a voice chip with their Arcee Toy Exclusive.


Robots in Disguise Collectors Plate - $45
To celebrate the success of the Robots in Disguise series, 3H is producing a limited edition collector's plate for pre-registrants only. 2001 produced a TFTM Collectors Plate.


BotCon T-Shirt - $18
This year, T-Shirt sizes and colors will all cost the same. Shirts come in small, medium, large, extra-large, and extra-extra-large. Check out shirts from BotCon's past:
