Welcome to my world!!!

Hi!! Glad you found me here!
This site is very very new, so please bear with me as I improve on it constantly, and hopefully in the near future there will be some neato graphics and pictures for you to enjoy, along wth some more actual information, as opposed to me just telling you that there's nothing here.
*grin*

Ok, ok I know it's been almost two months since I said that, but Real Life just gets in the way sometimes, doesn't it? And it most certainly has in my case. Oh, well. I'm really working on getting graphics on here, but it isn't going too quickly.

A little more about me, just in case anyone cares :) I am very close to my family, and I love them with all my heart. I love books, music, and God. Some of my favorite authors include Anne McCaffery, Mercedes Lackey, Raymond E. Feist, and Stephen R. Lawhead, along with many many others.

One of the things that I've been working on is setting up pages for each of these authors and telling a little bit about their books. I just got the one for Anne McCaffery up on the web, and I'm working on getting links to some more sites with info on Pern stuff that's in the works, as well as adding more information on Pern.

I play the oboe in my school's concert band, and am going to be the drum major/field commander for the marching band this fall. I am active in my church youth group, and spend a lot of my time with my friends, young and old(er), from church.

In addition to reading, I love to write, and some of my friends say that I'm really good at it, but I'm not sure that I believe them. I belong to two email writing clubs that are based on Anne McCaffery's books about the Dragonriders of Pern, and one that is not, although it is loosely modeled after the same concepts.
