This was my last job I had during my college career. This was
one of the most intense and awarding job that I have had to date.
Here I extensively used my programming skills (Visual Basic,
VBScript, JavaScript and ASP) implementing a web-based needs
assessment survey with the National Institutes of Health, Office
of Research Services in partnership with Performance Dynamics,
Inc.

This project's purpose is to assist incomming students to the College
of Business Administration the basic use of computer software. Specifically,
Microsoft Office Proffessional software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
I came on as the lead webmaster and CD developer for this project.
The CD can now be purchased at the UCF Bookstore or can be viewed
on line.

Another one of my responsibilites was to assist students, faculty
and staff with various computer expertise. This included but not
limited to assisting in web development, hardware and software installation,
repair and troubleshooting and graphic design.

This job extensively used my managerial and technical skills to
manage one of UCF's largest computer labs on campus, the Magruer
Computer Lab. I was responsible for 60 networked computers as well
as assited in managing 45 computer consultants. I also assisted
students with various software and hardware problems associated
with their assignments.

This position was started in 1998 by UCF's Vice-Provost Mr. Joel
Hartman to give students, faculty and staff walk-in and phone
tech support. I was one of the few chosen to be a member of this
new division of tech support. After a few months of being a UCF
CyberKnight I was promoted to Lab Manager of one of UCF's largest
computer labs.

This is my first computer related expierence. Here I learned how
to work with students on explaining them how to use basic computer
skills. Specifically, Microsoft Office products.

This was my first job right after
graduating from Oviedo High School. I started out as a member of
the crew and within a year I was awarded Employee of the Month twice.
The management seeing my leadership skills promoted me to Floor
Superviser and I assisted in supervising and training employees
as well as assisted in calculating daily earnings which exceed $1,000. |
