CHAPTER ONE- SilverDragon
As soon as I entered #Animorphs, I could hear
shouts coming from
CheeDolus, and Guardian, before anyone
could say "hi" to me.
I sighed, and figured right away that Chee and
Guardian were
at it again. I saw Alice and immediately screamed,
"USA!"
I grinned at her, and she scowled jokingly, and
I said, "Beat ya!"
"Not fair!" she cried. I just grinned and yelled,
"USA!" again.
She stuck her tongue out at me, and yelled, "CANADAAAAAAAAA"
in my ear. I started laughing, and soon, she
joined in too.
Our laughter was interrupted by a shrill scream
coming from
Guardian. We stopped abruptly, well; everyone
stopped, and
dropped what they were doing and turned to stare
at Chee and
Guardian. Apparently Chee had ripped Guard's
posters of Tobias
off of her wall and took them. Needless to say,
Guard was pretty
pissed off. I mean, pissed. I saw the expression
on Guard's face,
then turned to look at Chee, he had switched
off his hologram, and
I was looking at a grinning Android (A Chee to
be exact). I saw
Kas run up to them, to break up the fight I guessed.
I decided to
help Kas, and ran up with him.
Guard stopped fuming and relaxed her face, then
pulled out a bucket
from behind her back that contained brown liquid
inside it;
the stench of coffee filled the room. I scrunched
my nose and
wondered what Guard was up to. Then, she dipped
her hands in the
bucket and cried out " MAGIC COFFEE!" She turned
to Chee and shoved
him against a wall, pretty hard. I could tell
he was shocked by the
expression upon his face. Then sparks begun to
fly from Chee, the
coffee on Guard's hands leaked into Chee, and
in less than two
seconds, created a massive explosion. The last
thing I saw was
Alice running towards me.
CHAPTER TWO- SilverDragon
I blinked twice. I was looking a cloud-less blue
sky.
"SD! SD? Are you awake? SD?" I rolled to my side
and saw Kas
kneeling beside me. I sat up unsteadily and looked
around for others.
I saw Alice, Chee, and Guardian near-by.
"Guard, WHAT DID YOU DO? Where are we?" Alice
screamed at Guardian.
Guard just shrugged ignorantly. I saw Chee deep
in thought,
observing where we've come to. I looked around
me and suddenly
jumped to my feet.
"Omigosh... Omigosh..." I kept muttering to myself.
Everyone
turned to look at me, with a curious expression.
"Whats wrong, SD?" Chee asked. I blinked and
looked straight ahead.
"G-guys.... Doesn't that plant over there kinda
look like the one
from the Animorphs TV show...? You know...where
Elfangor gave them
the power to morph.?" Everyone gasped, and looked
over in the
direction of the "construction site."
"Oh my...your right, it is. And this here is
the forest...and...
and...the cast of Animorphs must be near-by too!!"
Alice said.
Everyone's face was twisted in horror.
"Noo....This can't be...How did this happen?!"
Kas cried. Chee
looked up and said, "Think this could be a sario
rip? Ooh...but
what a nasty place to wind up."
We all nodded in agreement.
CHAPTER THREE- Guardian
Okay. Since SilverDragon is about as articulate
as a dead daffodil,
I'm taking over.
The first thing I'll say is: It wasn't my fault!
It was Chee-Dolus!
How was I supposed to know that my magic coffee
would cause a Sario Rip?
I had no idea where we were. I'd never seen Animorphs
on television.
Whilst everyone was nodding their heads in a
stupor, I got my act
together.
"Okay, peeps," I said, "We're in AniTV land.
I think, anyway.
We probably aren't. You guys are never right."
"Thank you for that vote of confidence, Guard,"
Kaskid murmured.
"I think we should go to that forest," Alice
said. "We're kind of
conspicuous here. And if the Yeerks are here-"
"Then we beat them up and win an Oscar for 'Best
Movie?"
Alice ignored me. Everyone does that. I have
no idea why.
I'm wonderful!
"Alice is right- for once," Chee conceded. He'd
shifted to
his equally annoying human hologram. "Who knows-
maybe we'll
find Cassie."
SilverDragon rolled her eyes. "Maybe you'd like
to stick a big
sign saying 'Foreshadowing' on your head, Chee."
He looked hurt. "I was just trying to get into
the theme of
things on AniTV. Foreshadowing, useless plots-"
"And TV Rachel," Kaskid put in. "Go on, Chee,
put on that miniskirt."
"Oh, that was funny, Kas. Ha, ha, ha. Also ha."
"Let's head towards that stupid forest to find
the stupid whatever
so we can go stupid back!"
I was annoyed. Soon my caffeine system would
run out of sugar.
Possibly both Alice and I would become listless
and dozy.
"You're already listless and dozy," Chee supplied
in that stupid
psychic way he does.
"Shut up!" I kicked him. "Just because you're
looking
forward to
seeing TV Marco!"
"Oh, that was harsh. See me wilt."
"Quiet, you guys," Kaskid cut in. He always does
that.
Just when the fight is getting good, he comes
in and ruins it for me.
CHAPTER FOUR- Guardian
I could see a bird of prey hovering overhead.
I narrowed my eyes.
Guardians don't see as well as humans, which
might be a good thing
considering how much I had to see of Chee-Dolus.
Chee must've seen it too. "Look, Guard, a hawk
for you to molest."
SilverDragon looked up at it. "I can't see whether
it's a Swainson's
or a Red-Tail."
"Why would that matter?" asked Alice, scribbling
notes on her arm
for her Neil stories. They scare me.
"If it's a Swainson, then it could be Tobias,
which means AniTV,"
SilverDragon said smugly.
"Great, Sherlock SD," I said.
Chee looked. "It's a Red-Tail. Rejoice, Guard!"
I ignored him. "Well, that's a good sign. Let's
go deeper into this
forest."
"Ooh. This forest is…" Kaskid looked around.
"Foresty?" Alice supplied.
I stopped dead. "Guys, did you see that?"
"See what?" SD asked.
I squinted. "I thought I saw a blue deer." They
all know what THAT
means.
This was exceptionally strange. I didn't know
where we had landed,
and I didn't know how we were going to get back.
And when I don't know, be afraid!
CHAPTER FIVE- Silver Dragon
Articulate as a dead daffodil? Pthbtpht! Anyway,
on to the fan fic.
I scanned the area for the blue deer Guardian
had seen, while she
scanned the skies for the red-tail.
"Do you really think it could be Ax?" Kas thought
out loud.
"Do know of any other Andalites roaming earth?"
I said rather
sardonically.
"Hey - do you think that red-tail might have
been, Tobias??" Alice
asked with a sly smile.
I looked over at Guardian and her eyes lit up,
she had that
disturbing insane look, it made me shudder. I
grinned at Chee.
"Anyway, lets go looking for that 'blue deer'"
Kas said hurriedly.
"Yeah, and then maybe he could tell us, if it
was Tobias, where
we could find him." That was Guardian of course.
Alice rolled her eyes, but giggled a little.
I thought I had heard the faint sound of hooves
galloping behind me,
and spun right around on my heel.
"Did you guys hear that?" I asked, searching
for any sign of a
blue deer, or blue fur running by. Guardian ran
up to me, and
pointed slightly to the left.
"See that? I think that's him. Look, look!"
I squinted, trying to see better, "He's running
the other way, he
probably saw us and went to tell the others-"
Chee spoke up, "Lets go follow him- but stay
out of sight.
And lets hope that he doesn't look like he did
in AniTV polyester
suit and all."
CHAPTER SIX - Silver Dragon
I peered behind me, just wondering if Ax was there.
But, he wasn't.
I frowned and tried to keep up with everyone.
Chee and Guard were
now fighting over God knows what, Alice was jumping
about telling
her Neil stories to no one, Kas looked as if
he was deep in thought,
and I was looking for anything to do with the
Animorphs.
"No Guard, we are NOT doing the coffee thing
again!" Chee sighed,
exasperated.
"But we DO want to go back, right? SO LETS DO
THE COFFEE THING!
It was fun to see sparks fly out of you," Guard
said,
grinning insanely.
Chee rolled his eyes at Guard, who just kept
wailing and protesting.
"Don't you want to see Tobias?" He asked, grinning.
Guardian stopped and looked down. "Hmmff." She
mumbled.
I sighed and looked to my right, not expecting
to see anything of
interest, and saw something move in the bushes.
I felt that we were
being watched, I waved Alice over and talked
in a low voice.
"I think we're being watched! I saw something
moving in the bushes,"
She nodded and looked at Chee, and Kas.
Suddenly, something leaped from behind from the
bush and headed
straight for me. I quickly dived to the left
and landed with a
thump, glad for the dragon in me. I heard a bird's
cry from above,
"TSSSEEEERRRR" My eyes traveled up, and I saw
a red tail dive down
and extend his talons, to rake out someone's
eyes, and it
turned out to be Chee's. I smiled at the irony
of it all,
despite all that was going on.
Tobias swooped down and clawed out Chee's eyes--or
rather,
Chee's hologram.
The hologram flickered then.
But before he could get an answer, something
came from behind
him and knocked him to the ground.
"Guardian!" I yelled as I ran to where she had
Tobias pinned
to the ground.
"TOBIAS! TOBIAS! TOBIAS!" Guardian kept screaming.
"Guardian, let go of him! You're going to kill
him!" That was Alice.
I didn't know what to do, or say, so I handed
the story over to Guard.
CHAPTER SEVEN - Guardian
I didn't jump on Tobias! I thought he was another
red-tail.
CHAPTER EIGHT- Silverdragon
"Okay you two, SHUT UP! No fighting at the moment."
CHAPTER NINE - Guardian
Tobias, Tobias, I get to see Tobias!
CHAPTER TEN - Alice "Ah," I replied. "I'll introduce everyone." I pointed to myself. "I'm Alice, the wonderful one.. And that is Carter, like she said herself. Sil- I mean.." I looked at SilverDragon, and quickly thought of
an name. "That's Griselda," I giggled.
"You can call her Grisly,"I added, forcing back the urge to snicker. I motioned to CheeDolus. "Then that's.. Mike, but we usually call him Dolus, and there's Kurt." "There are going to be some other people coming in ten or fifteen minutes," Rachel told us. "Don't get up or move around. Ax, could you demorph to make sure they don't do anything? We don't know if they're Controllers," Rachel said.
Okay, so I didn't, but it was an instant reflex.
'Sorry,' I said to the hawk. 'Thought you were
a Yeerk.'
I crossed my fingers behind my back.
the hawk asked.
Alice rolled her eyes. 'You know. A Yeerk. They
hop into your
brain and go sluggity-sluggity-sluggit-' Her
eyes lit up as she discovered a new
plot for her Neil stories containing that word.
A figure soared gracefully out of the bushes.
Tobias glared at him. I love that glare.
That one's a Chee.>
Chee looked at Ax. 'We're in normal Animorphs
land. See, Ax isn't
a big clown in a rubber suit.'
We all looked at each other.
thought-speak.
yada-yada-yada. They'll think we're nuts!>
'She's already nuts,' Chee said aloud, pointing
to me.
'Am not, you metal-mouthed piece of-'
I got a bright idea. 'We were sent here by an...
uhm....
Ellimist, yeah.'
Ellimist would transport 2 regular humans, one
messed up humanoid,
a Chee, and a dragon that changed herself to
human form, to the
land of Animorphs? No mentally sane one, that's
for sure.
But Ax seemed to buy it.
'Yeah!' Kaskid said. 'You know, the old blue
coot.'
'That isn't very helpful,' I murmured. 'You could
be describing
yourself.'
35-year-old Kaskid glared at me.
'Sorry, sorry.' I turned to Ax and the Great
One. 'And now we're
trying to get back.'
Chee's holographic human raised it's eyebrows.
'You met Tobias and you want to go
back?!'
'Just ignore him. He's a weenie,' I told Tobias.
'And you're a red-tail molester,' he returned.
'Whee, you're really articulate today.' I turned
back to the others.
'Okay, so now what do we do?'
I said to Chee and Guardian with no patience
in my voice whatsoever.
They both quieted down and gave each other dirty
looks.
For starters, I was relieved that we weren't
in AniTV land, second,
I was pretty ticked off at Guard for handing
over the story to me,
'cuz I don't know what to write next, third,
I didn't know what to do.
I stepped towards Ax and looked for words, "We're
not from
'around here'"--
"Thats for sure," Alice interrupted,
I shot her a look and continued, "Where are the
other Animorphs?
Maybe they could help us."
Ax looked shocked.
I realized I had said the wrong thing. Great
going SD, I thought.
"Oh, um, she has ESP." Alice chimed in. Everyone
looked at her.
"Well anyway, could we go see the others now?"
I said hurriedly,
I really wanted to go back home, being out here
made me feel
really uncomfortable for some reason.
This was what was running through my head, as
we walked along to the barn.
Tobias, Tobias, I love Tobias!
Of course, he was up in the sky above me, ignoring
me, but I was sure we could come to..... an arrangement....
after everyone else got boring with the Animorphs.
'Yay, yay, Tobias, Tobias!' I sang, not realizing
it was out loud.
Chee sighed. 'It was inevitable, wasn't it?'
'She doesn't have to,' Alicorn said, grinning.
She pulled the back of my tunic and ripped out the
poster I keep in there for luck. 'She talks to
his poster every day. She kisses his poster every day.
She abuses his poster every- Oww!' I quickly
hit her on the shin.
'So how far is it to this.... barn?' Kaskid asked.
'You said that ages ago,' SD whined.
Ax corrected.
'Shhh, Axelrose,' I said, idly. I really shouldn't
have been thinking of Anidumbpeople right then.
It might have jinxed everything, and we would've
been stuck in a world with Chester and Klownius and a
Tobias that was obsessed with that blonde.
'Never mind,' everyone said.
Ax suddenly stopped.
Bits got sucked in, bits got sucked out.
'Good idea,' Chee said and pulled his hologram
over him. Not that his hologram is any better than his Chee-face.
It still has that silly smirk.
I made a face.
Chee held my arm. 'Now, now, Guardian. No murders.
We all know you're jealous of-'
'Am not!' I yelled. I pushed his arm away, kicked
him, and shoved him into the mud.
'Do they normally do this? Is. The-is.' Ax asked
Kaskid.
'All the time,' he replied.
'Can't be all the time,' Alice said. 'She sleeps,
you know.'
'But then she dreams of abusing him,'
SD said.
'Oh, yes, I forgot,' Alice smirked.
'You two had your fun?' Chee growled.
We all walked into the barn. I expected Dorothy
and Scarecrow to walk out of it any moment now,
but instead, we got Cassie.
'Phillip!' Cassie said in mock surprise. She
looked at us quickly.
'Hi,' I said, pushing forward. 'I'm-'
I'm taking over this fanfic now, since both Guardian and SilverDragon now are as articulate as dead pansies.
I turned in time to see Guardian
stick out her hand to Cassie and say, "Hi." She paused, then said, "I'm Carter."
Rachel came out of the barn after hearing Cassie say "Philip."
"Who are you guys?" Rachel demanded.
"Er, we were just hiking around, and we sort of ran into this guy," SilverDragon stammered.
"Yeah. Right," Rachel snorted.
"They also seemed to know my name," Ax added.
"Hey!" Kaskid cried. He looked hurt.
I grinned at Kaskid, and
said, "Don't worry. You're not that old."
"Rachel, I'm going to call Jake. You stay here, and get something out of them," Cassie said, her eyes darting around nervously. She ran into a house not too far from the barn. Her house, I guess.
"So, your name is Rachel?" Guardian inquired, and clenched her fists.
Silver walked over to Guard and patted her on the back. "Remember, no murders," I saw her mouth.
"Yes. I guess if we're all here, you should tell us who you are, and where you came from," Rachel snapped.
"Could ya repeat that?" I asked. "I'm hard of hearing.. Very hard of hearing."
Rachel sighed annoyedly, and repeated. "I said.. You all should *tell* us who you are, and *where* you came from."
SilverDragon's eyes flew open, and she glared at me.
Silver looked like she was ready to punch me in the face, probably because I faked her name.
I rolled my eyes at SilverDragon. She got so worked up.... "Okay, stop looking at me like that, Ann!" I complained. "Geez, you get so worked up when I fake your name.." Silver stopped glaring at me. "Rachel, I was joking about her name. It's really Ann."
"I thought so. Now.. Her..Ann's hair?"
"Er, my hair?" Silver said. "I dyed it... yah, I dyed it. For a
school play."
"It's not how it looks, Tobias," Guardian said lamely.
"What's a Chee?" Dolus piped up.
I rolled my eyes. There was no way we could cover up the fact that Tobias had seen him without his hologram.
Tobias just stared at CheeDolus with that ferocious hawk stare for a reply. He was about to add something when Cassie came running back into the area, huffing.
"Everyone, get in the barn," Cassie said. Everyone walked in
without protest. Suddenly, I found myself surrounded by animals. Foxes, birds, lynxes, squirrels, wolves, horses!
"Horsies!!" I said gleefully.
"Horsies!!" Guardian cried, happy as I was.
"Sit down!" Rachel yelled.
I took my seat on some hay bales, and Silver sat down next to me.
"So, I wonder where we are. USA or Canada?"
"I'm not sure.. At least we know we aren't in AniTV land, in
Canada," Silver whispered.
