Terms of Service Agreement

By registering your guestbook, you are agreeing to the following Rules, Regulations and Terms of Service.

Members who are in violation of these policies may be have their guestbooks and guests  removed without warning.

Agreement

The registering guestbook owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GuestWorld for any loss, liability, and damage arising from or in connection with the contents of the guestbook, or use of the GuestWorld guestbook service email account.

Guestbook owners are responsible for everything contained on their own web site and guestbook.  GuestWorld does not verify, endorse, or otherwise vouch for the contents of any web site using an GuestWorld guestbook.  Guestbook owners can be held legally accountable for the contents of guestbook entries if the guestbook includes for example; material protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret law.

Rules, Regulations and Terms of Service

GuestWorld guestbooks are not allowed for web sites that contain, or contain links to, any of the following: nudity, sex, pornography, foul language, hate propaganda, anything illegal, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or any material which may be insulting to another person(s) or company.  This includes anything considered XXX or adult material.

Providing material that is grossly offensive to the Internet community including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity and promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities are grounds for deletion from the GuestWorld database.

GuestWorld is in no way responsible for the content of any guestbook entries.  The opinions and views expressed in the guestbooks do not necessarily reflect those of GuestWorld or GuestWorld sponsors.

GuestWorld reserves the right to remove any guestbook from its database which, in its sole discretion, is deemed unacceptable for any reason, without prior notice, including but not limited to violations of these rules and regulations or violation of the law.

GuestWorld may deny membership to repeat offenders of these Rules, Regulations or Terms of Service.

GuestWorld makes no guarantee as to the availability of service.  GuestWorld is also not responsible for any loss of data resulting from our deletion of guestbooks, network or system outages, file corruption, or any other reasons.

Guestbooks are subject to removal from its database if there is no activity (views or signs) in the guestbook for 90 days.

Guestbooks are limited to 250 Guests. Once this limit is reached the oldest entry will be deleted upon each new guest sign.

A valid Email address must be submitted when registering your guestbook or your guestbook will be removed.  Email address is required for registration, password retrieval, and GuestWorld information updates.  Your Email address will be used only by GuestWorld and not given out to any third parties.

When using GuestWorld Email, guestbook owners must stay within the accepted use policies that govern Internet Email.  Do not use it for the purpose of "spamming" news groups or individuals, conducting unwanted solicitations of groups or individuals, harassing or threatening anyone, or for the purpose of conducting any illegal activities.

You may not use your free guestbook for the following purposes:

Display of paid advertising on your guestbook.  Paid advertising on the guestbooks is reserved for GuestWorld only

Soliciting for advertisers or sponsors

Displaying banners for services that provide cash or cash-equivalent prizes to users in exchange for hyperlinks to their web site

Promoting or soliciting for participation in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes

Conducting raffles or contests that require any type of entry fee

Displaying material containing nudity or pornographic material of any kind

Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age

Using your guestbook as a means of storage other than for guestbook entries

GuestWorld reserves the right to amend or change these Rules, Regulations and Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice.

Additional Information

In the event that GuestWorld receives a complaint that the contents of a guestbook is objectionable, infringes intellectual property rights or otherwise is unlawful, the Company will take such steps that it deems appropriate under the circumstances. Please submit any such complaints using the GuestWorld Content Infraction Form.
