Surface dirt is best cleaned by giving your pony a bath. Dinge and stains can then be removed with nail polish remover. Any touch-ups can be done last with paint.

Conditioner
a toothbrush
soap

We recommend Klorane Shampoos and Conditioners, soft toothbrushes, and Dove soap.

First, fill a sink half full with soapy water. Dip your pony in the water and begin to wash her with your hands. Then, take your toothbrush and apply soap to the bristles. Scrub your pony in a circular motion with the soapy toothbrush until you have covered her whole body. Repeat until all surface dirt has been removed. Rinse the pony well of all the soap and drain the sink.

Next, wash the pony's hair with shampoo. Be sure to thoroughly massage the shampoo into the pony's hair before rinsing. Then dab a liberal amount of conditioner into your palm and rub your hands together as you would with lotion. Run your fingers through the pony's hair and massage the conditioner into the hair. Repeat on particularly frizzy spots. Leave to set for 30 minutes. During that time you may begin washing other ponies in need. After the conditioner has set rinse it out thoroughly and dab the hair dry. No it is time to curl the pony's hair.
