My World

Mahmood ul Haq Siddiqi:

My father, he is Commerce and Law Graduate. He was Born in a town named Rurki,

UP, in British India, in 1926. He was an active member of FREEDOM MOVEMENT

of Pakistan. When Pakistan appeared on the map of the world he migrated with his family

to Pakistan. After arriving here he joined Murray College, Sialkot, and completed his

B.Comm from Haily College of Commerce, Lahore. Then he joined Exise and Taxation

Department of Government of the Punjab as Supervisor. Later he joined Housing and

Physical Planning Department of Government of the Punjab as Admin officer and after a

rendering a service of 30 years he retired as Assistant Director (Admin) from the same

Department in Nov. 1986. Now a days he is enjoying his retired life.

He is my eldest Brother. Born on 15th July, 1960 at Lahore. He was one of the most

Brilliant and Intelligent student in his school and college. He got Chief of Air Staff Trophy

from Pakistan Air Force Academy, Karachi. Later on he was awarded Talent Scholarship

from Ministry of Science & Technology for further studies in US. He completed his Masters and

Ph.D. from Boston University, Massachusetts, USA. Now he is serving in PAF as Assistant

Professor. He married in 1986 and two qute girls and a new arrival, his son, Hasan.

My second elder brother, born on 14th, August, 1965 at Lahore. A Brilliant and Intelligent

student in all of his life. He won scholarships in his matric and inter exams. He was awarded

Talent Scholarship from Ministry of Science & Technology for further studies in US. He has recently

completed his Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology (GTech), Atlanta, GA, USA. Now a days

he is working as Lead Optic Engg. in Ciena Corporation, Odenton, MD, USA.

My younger brother. Born on 27th October, 1974 at Lahore. A tall, handsome and good looking guy.

He has completed his B.Comm from Haily College, Lahore. Presently he is studying in CA Foundation

course.

My lovely elder sister. She is a Graduate, and always

obtain first class first position in her career. She married in 1981 and have three lovely children.

Her husband Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Siddiqi is Engineer. He has served in many countries of the world and

now a days he is working in an organization in Missisuaga, Ontario, Canada. He is author of many

technical and religious books.
