Sorry to all that hoped to see an update of the page. This is not an update. I just want to tell everyone that this site will be no longer be updatet. Since 1997 I was playing Warhammer, and when I first got into contact with the Netcampaign I was thinking about kickin some Empire asses around the WORLD. I had a great time with all players of the netcampaign...(even with the Darkelves!). But then reality brought me back to earth. I had to do a fulltime job, I had no longer time to play Warhammer. I still played in the netcampaign, but no Battle reports have been send in from me. Then I decided to quit. After more then a half year in the netcampaign, it was damn Hard to go. My enemies feared me like no other Skaven. I had a young apprentice, KLIC was his name. I told him everything. How to arrange attacks....how to get into the deepest sewers of the Empire. After my retire, and after a few emails and postcards ( He was from Alaska, I m from Germany) we lost contact. Then reality comes closer and closer. I sold my Skaven Army. I still updated the Skaven page and was listening to the Netcampaign, but it wasnt the same. No armys under my command, no enemies to fight. I hoped that one Skaven from the netcampaign would continue the page, but they also have this damn reality around them, and so, they also have not enough time to do the job. Again,.....Sorry to everyone who hoped to see this page growing and growing like the Skaven in the sewers...... I'm no longer a member of the Netcampaign and I think they have already build up another great Skaven page. I will not delete this page. It should be a little memorial.....for the good old time...and the fun we all had. Thanx to GAMES WORKSHOP for such a great Game!!!
Many asked me, "WHY DON'T YA CONTINUE WITH WARHAMMER FANTASY?"........Well.....after 2 Years.... I m out of all rules...I have no army...and the Netcampaign has also...tons...of new rules and also....I think....tons of players.
Who ever wants to send me a few lines....just do it! It s good to see that still so many peoples have fun with this page. It is really hard to quit this.....as I ve seen so many positiv reactions about this page...like "One of the Best Skaven pages out there!".....hey.....I can do it....you can do it!
remember the old thinking way of the Skaven? "One is dying....but two new are born!" !!!
So go on, make greater, better pages then this one....! And if you want the old "IKIT CLAW" to have a visit at your new born rathole....send me an email...and I promise...I will visit! So good bye to all.......and MAY THE HORNED ONE BE WITH YOU!!!! |
