 I have over ten years of experience in the computer industry in the areas of help desk support, user management and administration in very large networks, system support and many types of networks. I am A+/Net+ certified as well has being certified as an MCSE and a Cisco CCNA/CCDA. I am currently completing coursework for my wireless networking certification. I have supported NT and MS Exchange users in environments as large as 250,000 users and printing and remote access services in environments as large as 20,000 users. This has included worldwide, national, regional, statewide and local users and equipment.
