Tarot Cards and their Mysticism

There are many opinions and questions about tarot cards. Do they work??? How do they work??? Is the information reliable??? I had a reading done and it was absolutly correct. I had a reading done and it was way off. I think it is a bunch of bull.

If this sounds familiar, read on! In the hands of an experienced reader, yes tarot cards are accurate. But there is no guarentee that every answer is going to be a bulls eye. If you've had a reading done, and everything was wrong, then you can blame the reader for that He/she probably didn't know how to use them, or didn't have the gift for them.

Tarot cards work through the inner mind. There is no contact with spirits in the process, instead the reader's mind is, in a sense, "controlling" how the cards fall. This may sound impossible, but it is true. You see, everyone has psychic ability to some extent, whether it be minimal "coincidences", or full-blown "see the future" type ability. With this ability at hand, and a "relationship" with the cards, an experienced user can accurately answer your questions. I myself boast an 85-90% accuracy rate. Not bad, but not a professional.

If you are looking to try readings, there are many books that can teach you how. Most tarot card sets will have a book with them. When you go to choose a set of cards, there is some important steps to take to insure that you get a good set. 1) Find a set that is appealing to you. If you don't like the color or the designs, DON'T BUY IT! 2) Your general reaction. If a set looks nice, but you have anxiety twards them, do not buy them. 3) Last, and most importantly, place the deck in your right palm, and close your eyes. Concentrate on the deck. If you get a warm feeling, this is a good set for you. If the feeling is cold, this is a bad set. If there is no feeling, then the set has no real reaction to you. It will do you no good or harm.

When you purchase a deck, sleep with it under your pillow for at least a week. This will get you tuned with the cards. Also, memorize the meanings of the cards. This will help with accuracy. Above all, NEVER give a reading until you are experienced! The power of suggestion is very strong! A lot of lives can be messed up because you rushed into things.
