ToO Section: Travelling
This section covers an interesting system created, called travelling.
Basically it works like this. There will be a set amount of time it takes
one to travel to one town or another. Granted, anyone can be in one town
if they wish. Everyone could as well. But the rules for this system are simple.

* No one can RP/Battle/Fight/Kill anyone they are not in a town with.
* There will be a dice rolled before the journey begins, to determine 
whether or not there will be a random encounter. Times could range
from Hours to Days to Weeks. It depends on where you travel. This
system, however, I will make adaptable. Like.. if you wanted to be in
midgar, it'll take a certain amount of time for the character to be there,
but you can always RP those rooms. It's just that in this forum, you'd
not be able to do an AA or DM someone until they've arrived. Except
that you can meet up on the road. There will be two people taking care
of this section as far as sending emails to tell you where you are. But
it will not be listed on the forum. It would be listed as Travelling, or your
location. But let's say from Midgar to the Lava Sea Edge is one full day..
You were hunting someone, but you found out that they were going to
Midgar. You could, in affect, meet up with them on the road. The only
way to go around this is to SL for, and purchase, a portal.

To begin travelling to another place, simply send an email to Drizztt DoUrden
stating where you will be going and where you are from. He will send a mail
in return, saying how long it will take, and the site will be updated.

* There will be modifiers for town travelling *

Let's say you've got a horse. You want to go to a town with the horse, and
you'd like to ride it there. There is a modifier. Horses give an advantage of 
cutting the time down by 1/5th. Horses cost 150,000 Gold

Below is a list of modifiers, their affects, and costs

Horse - removes 1/5th the time - 50,000 gold
Motorcycle - removes 1/4th the time - 100,000 gold
Jet/Plane/Ship - removes 1/3rd the time - 200,000 gold
Fast Creature - Removes 1/2 the time - 500,000 gold
Teleportation Device* - Removes time - 500,000 gold

*Only allowed to own 3

Any modifier, as always, must be displayed on the recommended
web profile that we recommend you make for your character.
