This one is from Natsume Hagakure's post last week. I thought it worth posting
…She had always been fascinated by the work that went in to the ships them self and felt a great pride in being one of the officers charged with there up keep, each ship to her was like a fine retainer; it would not disrespect it's master nor serve for worse ends so long as it's master was just, and as much a servant to it as it was to it's master.
Several people stopped to watch the Lt. just before she stepped across the thresh hold as she took her Katana in both hands holding it before her in salute as to speak an oath and knelt speaking aloud.
"I am Natsume Hagakure Bearer of Knowledge I have come to serve you and be served by you both in peace and battle, for the purposes of research and protection. My life is forfeit should it bring your decks safety. I would have the same for you. Do you accept?"
A few of the men started when the ship seemed to groan Natsume even thought she heard some speak of a shudder in the hull, but for her there was nothing more than the sense of welcome that over came her as she rose and walked through the threshold of the ship…

I'm setting up this section as a place to just jaw about what is going on or whatever I
feel like putting here at any given point in time.
Shortly I hope to setup a system that would allow anyone to post their thoughts here.
For now though it will have to happen manually. But if any of you have something you
would like to put here please feel free to just drop it to me and I will get it up
within 24 hours of receipt.
