Jar Jar Binks

Jar Jar Binks comes from the underwater city, Otha Gunga. He was exiled from the city because of an "accident". He was rescued by Qui-Gon Jinn from the Trade Federation's attack and leads Qui-Jon and Obi-Wan to the city of Otha Gunga to defeat the Federation.
