This is the awesome Defiant-class starship. Originally designed to counter the Borg threat, the Defiant prototype was put into drydock because of structural deficiencies associated with high warp speeds. However, the Defiant was put into action and retrofitted with a Romulan cloaking device to investigate the Dominion. Since, many more Defiant-class starships have been built. The Defiant-class features Ablative armor, Photon and Quantum Torpedoes, Standard and Pulse Phasers.
