- All purchases must be confirmed by using the Collector's Fantasy CheckOut System.
- All Credit Card and PayPal payments must be received within 5 days using our CheckOut System.
- Collector's Fantasy accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Credit Cards. We also accept PayPal and BidPay payments.
- Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks are accepted, and must be received within 10 days.
- Personal Checks must clear prior to shipment of your item.
- Sales Tax @ 8.625% is charged for purchases to be shipped to New York State.

- Collector's Fantasy ships world wide.
- All orders are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS as needed. Remember to provide a Street Address during CheckOut.
- We COMBINE SHIPMENTS if you use our Check-Out System. Multiple purchases are combined into single shipments to a single address to reduce shipping and handling fees.
- Orders will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of valid payment information. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
- Collector's Fantasy posts Feedback when items are shipped.

- How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. We post Feedback when your item is shipped.
- How do I check on the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of payment and shipping of your order. Please allow for adequate shipping before contacting us. Should you have any questions regarding your order, please e-mail COFAN222@aol.com and be sure to include your name, the title, auction #, method of payment and approximate date sent.
- Do you Combine Shipping?
Collector's Fantasy combines multiple item purchases to a single shipping address to reduce shipping fees.
- Do you Combine Shipments for NEW orders after earlier payment has been sent?
Generally NO. We combine multiple items into a single Invoice and calculate shipping fees at Check-Out. Once an Invoice is created, packing and preparation for shipment has begun so it is very difficult to add to an existing order.
- How do I pay for my purchase?
Methods for payment are clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions section within our auction ads. Also, the Winning Bidder Notification email which is sent after the auction close or store purchase contains all the instructions you need for payment.
- What address do I send payment to?
You will receive mailing instructions when you go through our Check-Out system.
- Who do I make the Check or Money Order payable to?
Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to COLLECTOR'S FANTASY.
- Do you accept Personal Checks?
Yes we do! Please note that Personal Checks must clear before shipment is made.
- Can you send me the link for Check-Out?
Please be sure to wait for the Winning Bidder Notice email which we send after the auction close or store purchase. The link for Check-Out is included in that email. If you lost or deleted this email, please email us at COFAN222@aol.com and request another be sent. Please be sure to include the auction # and your auction email address.
- Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do! Please note that Shipping is based on total weight and actual cost to final destination.
- Why are Shipping Fees more then the item price?
Please note that there are times when the cost for shipping an item can exceed the purchase price. These costs are NOT within our control. We try to reduce shipping whenever possible.
