Bernie Crimmins was an executioner at the tower of London in 1720. On the side however he would fence stolen goods and was even responsible for selling the layout of the tower of London to Duncan MacLeod and Hugh Fitzcairn. In 1950 he gave Amanda a 50,000 advance for a diamond she was planning to steal.
