Ingrid could not totally be called evil. She has mostly done things that she belive is right and so would most people. She was part of a plan to assasinate Hitler. She could have killed him but when it came down to it she couldn't bring herself to pull the trigger. In present, she seems to have gotten over that when she tried to blow up a convention center full of white supremacist. Duncan MacLeod found out what she was doing and tried to convince her otherwise. Unfortunately she did not listen and only by beheading her was he able to stop her.
