A Colonel during World War I who deliberately ordered his soldiers to attack after he received notice that the war was over. Killian was charged for the unnecessary deaths of his men and was sentenced to death himself. However, Duncan MacLeod persuaded the court to put Killian in prison instead. Killian spent 70 years in there, and in 1995 he tried to return the favor to MacLeod by locking Duncan in a hidden cell with 70 years worth of liver to eat.
