A German highway robber who first encountered Duncan MacLeod outside Dover, England around 1728. During the 1980's he was a ruthless businessman on Wall Street and was indicted for swindling money from people. To avoid going to jail, he faked his death in 1989 after confronting MacLeod once again at a New Years Eve Party. His fiance at the time, Rebecca Lord, didn't know he was Immortal and believed him to be dead. She spent the next years tracking down his alleged murderer to get revenge, but in the end she found out that Reinhardt had simply used her to get MacLeod.
