| The year is nearly at another close and I have YET to make this site move to my main site. I may purchase the FTP option for a month just so I can MOVE everything. This is a LOT of stuff on this site... very annoying... Anyhow, I was working on a Christmas layout. I will create and have it in time for next year I believe. It will include a list of "10 Things I hate about the Holidays", "10 Things I love about the Holidays" and "If I Ran Christmas..." If you want to participate in this listing, please send an email to me (niaskywalk at niaskywalk.com) with the Subject "Ten Things - [Your Name]" If I don't get it in this format, you will not make it onto my list. Wow, it is almost Halloween Time. I had wanted to do another trick-or-treat halloween hunt on my webpage this year. I also wanted to have all this transferred to My Main Site, but I will end the promise making for now. I have an excellent computer... but my brother is the one who uses it... and he plays lots of games that involve downloading maps, plus he has a TON of music on this thing, so while the apps are showing very little, he has basically used up the computer. What this means is that I am not able to download from one site to upload to the other until I get my OWN system. Yeah, good luck there, I need a JOB first for that one. Anyone who is able to offer a job that pays well and is willing to help relocate, here is my Resume. Also anyone in the Chicagoland area.
IN THE MEANTIME, I can at least updat this little part of my site. In September I held a Pirate Party. It was held on the day known as International Talk Like A Pirate Day and it was a BLAST! Well, at least I think it was. Apparently others thought it was at least fun. There were pirates fighting in me back yarrrd and the neighbors have seemed much more friendly since the party happened. I guess they like pirates? I dunno, still confuzzles me.
I have also attended the International Comic Con in San Diego. Pictures will eventually be up because my companions spent a LONG time taking the pictures and I appreciate the fact that they are letting me have copies. But that was a great time too! I would SO do it again, but NEXT time I intend to have the BIG BUCKS just so I can survive better ;-)
And just in case anyone cares, I am FINALLY learning Photoshop (7.0) so my graphics will be getting better looking and much SMALLER in size. BTW, I DO recommend The Video Professor to anyone who is wavering, however pay attention to the small print and follow all the rules CLOSELY.
I know, I leave you all alone then suddenly arrive and type a whole mess of stuff, but really, I have been so busy improving my homelife (which isn't working very well) and trying to learn things like XML, DHTML, JavaScript, C++ and others of this ilk and trying to convince my brother that he is bogging down our computer... and playing XBOX and PS2 Games... and... well, a lot of stuff... oh and TRYING TO FIND A JOB, that I just haven't gotten around to fixing this yet. I am determined to get this site in a presentable mode yet, and I thought I would just update for the curious. Have a good time until I see you again and don't forget to click my sites, I occasionally update something just to keep SOMETHING new. Laters!

| Okay, so here's what is happening now. I have no job. I am working on my room and my parent's house most of the time and not really caring for a while about finding a new job. I have Bookie's on saturdays anyway. So that means, of course, that I STILL don't have time to fix my websites. No worries tho! | Only 8 days until Graduation and I will be able to get this site back under MY control! Yay! Then watch out how the site grows again! HAPPY NEW YEAR! The annoying thing with trying to get a website moved is that you need to keep updating everything else, or they try to shut you down! Oh well, this is just an update. I am working on a really good new site, but I have school still. Only a few more months! Yay! Um... I will try to get the new page up this year!

Well, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is coming out on June 21 (Check this link for more info). And I said I wouldn't have time to update this page, just a meer month ago... Well, unfortunately that is STILL true, but I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day!!!
And Cross your Fingers for luck! If I get a large enough sum from my income tax, I will be able to get a new domain! Which means more updates and a way to ADVERTISE this site. Real Life has been interferring way too much. So instead of doing my usual two site catch up for the Site of the Month, I will just post one for September. Hopefully I will be able to put up some holiday pages and watch for more use of javascript! I am not writing it yet, but I will be trying to USE it more!
Oh yeah! I am in School now! I LOVE it! Westwood College of Technology is a fast track school. The Learning pace is PERFECT for my attention span! I am going into Networking, so someday I will have my own server! yay! |

Anyway, I still don't have much updated, I am still contemplating a new look for this place and I really would like to keep my intro, but I don't think anyone is interested in it. I haven't received an email from anyone in months. As far as I know, people only come to my site when I force them to... - Lou McCloud was a counselor at Camp Juniper Knoll in Wisconsin. The Camp is a Girl Scout's of Chicago Council camp. It is Semi-primitive and was a great experience for her. She was a counselor there between the years 1989 and 1992. She has various pictures of camplife, but she could always use more.

It is a little strange, but I felt like going Tech for this. I went looking around for a banner to link to TechTV, but they don't seem to have one, so I borrowed one of their graphics for my button.. In the meantime I am writing to them to find out about banners. TechTV is full of interesting and useful information about Technology in general.
