The Asian Airwing makes it a point to meet quite often. Meetings used to be weekly, but with the resolution of most issues, we are now meeting fortnightly.

Everyone is welcome to the meetings, to participate and air your views, and to let yourself be heard. After all, it's your Airwing too!

Next Meeting!

Due to Real Life commitments and the impending Holiday season, the 7th Asian Airwing meetings have been postponed indefinitely. Possibly to the New Year. But we will keep you posted.

If you have something you'd like to say, but cannot make it for the meeting, you may direct it to anyone of the officers of the Airwing. They can be found here.

• Airwing motto and patch

  There was talk in the last meeting of an Airwing Motto and patch/logo. A few ideas were tossed around, but none were solidified. If you have any ideas as to what the motto or patch/logo should be, do drop any of the Officers a line by going here.

• Operations Officer

  The position of the Operation Officer has been determined. Because it's such a huge task, this position will be shared between 3 people: Jaeger (88th Firebirds, UAE), Crow (88th Firebirds, Oman) and Blackwing (7th Asian Airwing, Indonesia). Welcome to Central Command, guys!

This is where we will put up the agenda for the next meeting, so members will be aware of what will be discussed, and can plan your views accordingly. These are just some that have arisen from the discussions on the Mailing List. They will be kept as uptodate as humanly possible. But there might still be other stuff that get discussed, that might not be here.

Motto and Patch are the main things on the Agenda at the moment. That and any ideas anyone might have for a regional activity.

Here, you will find some miscellaneous stuff that we will inform you about. Some will be Airwing related, some might be squadron related, and still others might be Space: Above and Beyond related.

• Tucker Smallwood
  -- In "Pensacola: Wings of Gold". Millinieum, guest star. And in the movie, "Contact".

Model Kits

Alan Dawson has a friend who makes a variety of model kits of characters and hardware from Space Above & Beyond. They include a 1/6th scale Marine, a 1/6th Chig, 1/48th Chig Fighter, 1/48th Hammerhead and a life size M70 Pistol. He is currently working on a 1/72nd scale Dropship and a life size M590 Rifle.
