HELLO EVERYONE!!!

That's me. I'm a female Homo Sapiens Highschoolius Sophomoris, who lives somewhere on the East Coast of the country called United States of America. I'm not really tall, not really short, not really blonde, not really redhead, but something in between. I speak five (4 + 1/2 + 1/2) languages, I am very multinational, enough to make a new United Nations. I wasn't born in America, but in the cold Europian North. I watch too much TV, I spend all of my free time on Internet, mostly at Gossamer, NetAddress, MTA, ERTV, DSA, and various other sites.

I love chick-flicks with happy endings, funny action movies, KitKats, X-Files, ER, Due South, Millennium, waking up late, running around my room wearing my hippie attire (just kidding!), and of course all those cute actors and musicians out there.

On TV:
The best thing since toasted bread. My own TV is kinda broken, it starts jumping cable channels all of a sudden, and I have to hit it to make it show something. But about 1000 hours this school year were spent staring at the box. I learned the difference between spine and spleen, and many other useful things.

I watched the X-Files since "Folie a Deux", and became a fan on June 14th last year, but now I'm done, with "GenderBender" being the only ep to almost escape from my long list of first runs and reruns. MSR and MulderTorture are my passion, although my own fics are not extremely interesting works of creative writing. My dream is to write a really good fic, which will make someone say "Wow, it really was a good one!" But it's still just a dream.
Mulder is my dream guy, but unfortunately he doesn't exist. But fanfic writers are lucky: they can make the character do whatever they want. (rrrrr) MSR and MT are two of the things I look for everywhere and talk about all the time with fellow X-Philes. So, writers, you know what to write to please me.

ER started for me with "The Gift", and my first live ep was "Nobody Doesn't Like Amanda Lee". I saw nearly everything, with a couple of eps still missing from each season. Carter is my absolute drooling object, but the other ER docs (I just mean the guys) are worth drooling too. For someone who maybe wants to be a doctor in the future I really suck in Biology, but that's my teacher's fault.

I saw just the 2nd half of the 3rd season of Millennium. (phew!). So, if anyone has a tape with earlier eps, e-mail me! And don't forget to curse FOX for cancelling the show! Now I have to watch "Harsh Realm" on Friday night. Chris Carter definitely puts secret messages in his shows.

And the last, but not the least - Due South. It ranks almost as high as the X-Files in my mind. It's one of the funniest drama shows, and one of the most creative. Fraser is a brilliant character, with his pure heart and friendly demeanor. When I meet Paul Gross (he will be probably eighty by then) I'll have to thank him for his portayal of OFM. For all DS fans: Both Rays are good, and I can't decide who of them is better. Don't battle over this matter, write fan fiction.

My other favorites include "Early Edition", which is a really nice show to watch on the otherwise boring Saturday night, "Homocide: Life on the Street", which got cancelled by NBC (I don't even know which network to trust anymore!), "Dark Skies" (saw one ep, loved it), of course "The Simpsons" (who doesn't like them?), "Scooby-Doo", and some occasional stuff.
My newest "thing" is "Emergency!" Just love Johnny Gage and his famous smile. Also there is "M*A*S*H", the other new "thing".

Oh, zees parrot iz dead! Of course "Monty Python" can't be forgotten, being the funniest TV show I ever watched. I just love British humor.

On Movies:
Mmmm... let me think. As written above, happy end chickflicks and funny action movies make my day. I'm a James Bond fan, which is kind of unusual for a girl in her (not-quite)-late teens. Sean, George, Roger, Timothy and Pierce all have a key to my heart stashed away somewhere. I also like Leslie Nielsen, who is my favorite funny guy.

On politics: Don't talk with me about Republicans and Democrats, because I will scream and throw books at you. Although someday I will vote, (well, in five years), and having strong Democratic beliefs, listening to Republicans talking about "American Dream" and Democrats talking about the same thing in different words, makes me wish there would be no politics.

On guys: I had two boyfriends, well, I still have one of them, but he lives in Europe and I see him once a year. You should have a boyfriend when you are 25, and he is the same age. Men until the age 25 are still boys. (No offense guys, you really behave stupid until you reach that age.) Trust me on that, I've been observing guys in my school, and it is all true.

My favorite things:

Favorite Quote: "It seems logic is not one of your hobbies." (said by Constable Benton Fraser to mafia boss Frank Zuko.)
Favorite Book:"Lord of Rings" by J. Tolkien
Favorite Bands & Artists: The Beatles, Badfinger, Queen, Duran Duran, Green Day, The Offspring, Joydrop, Barenaked Ladies, Cake, Headstones, Guess Who, Eve 6, Sarah McLachlan, Catatonia, Blur, Blink 182...
Favorite Actors: David Duchovny, Noah Wyle, Paul Gross
Favorite Actresses: Gillian Anderson, Laura Innes
Favorite Male Artists: John Lennon, Paul McCartney
Favorite Female Artists: Sarah McLachlan
Favorite TV Series: The X-Files, ER, Due South, Millennium

More about me will be added in near future. *S*
