development process or you may just leave everything
unto our creative

Terms and Conditions
Development Process:
1) You are given a choice at each step of the development
process, such as the draft of the layout design, and
your desired color theme before proceeding to the next
step.
Materials:
1) Usually the client supplies the image(s) and we process
them as needed. Fees may apply when extensive digital
manipulation (such as cleanup, retouching) is needed
on a certain number of images.
2) We can also search for image(s) relevant to the design.
A small fee may apply.
Appointments:
1) If you like what we do, we can give you a visit and
make arrangements for an appointment.
Unfortunately, we only give appointments in Northern
NJ.
There is no charge on the first appointment upon contract
signing and first time design arrangements.
There are special appointment rates thereafter. Appointments
are $40/hour.
Payments:
1) Our payments method is split into 40% - 60%. The 40%
is to be given upon signing the contract. The remaining
60% is at the end of the project.
2)Payment transactions
are through paypal or we can pay you a visit
for that, other than special appointments (only in
the Northern New Jersey area) or the traditional snail
mail check, payable to G EON DESIGNS.
Changes
and Revisions:
1) The finished design/project is to be delivered on
an agreed date.
(It is advisable to thoroughly check the study draft
to avoid any changes during development)
2) Any changes and/or additions to the layout after the
design is already constructed, will be billed.
3) You will not be billed for the first 2 major changes
during production unless it's a design overhaul or considering
a different template.
Major changes thereafter will be billed. Rates vary depending
on the application.
4) Corrections for errors on our part are with no cost.
Minor adjustments are with no cost unless it doesn't
sacrifice work flow .
