Here are Jon and I as Adam and Barbara from Beetlejuice, specifically from the scene in which they stretch out their faces to scare off the family living in their home. We wore these costumes to take Jon's two cousins' kids trick-or-treating, and it was quite cold.
To make our rounds down State Street, we revived our Jack and Sally costumes (it was ass-cold and, unlike Barbara, Sally has long-sleeves). They were a BIG HIT and about 50 people asked to take our picture. So, if you were in Madison on the 31st and saw us, yay for you! And if you took our picture, it would be lovely if you would email it here and I'll post it on the website. If you weren't out and about that night, or if you're just not from Wisconsin, here are a few photos I took of Jon as Jack (although I forgot to have somebody take my photo, boo! :( I'm upset about that!!).
Jon meets another Pumpkin King, and some guy (?) who just wanted to be in the photo.
Jon meets Willy Wonka and several of the taller Oompah Loompahs.
How appropriate, Jack and the REAL Santa! With a palmcorder no less!
Jon wanted his picture taken with Rainbow Brite, and in my opinion she got a little too snuggly with him.
Jon and his goddaughter Katie, whom he took trick-or-treating.
We saw this guy dressed as Phillip (from Saturday Night Live, Nicole Kidman host, Mike Myers played this kid who wore a helmet and was tethered to the jungle gym). An awesome idea and not a bad costume. I have no idea who the other guys in the photo are.
