Peace and Tranquility for One's Soul
Deep at the center of my being there is an infinite - Well of Love.
I now allow this love to flow to the surface. It fills my heart, my body, my mind, my consciousness, my very being, and radiates out from me in all directions and returns to me multiplied.
The more love I use and give, the more I have to give back, the supply is endless.
The use of love makes me feel good, it is an expression of my inner joy. I love myself, therefore, I take loving care of my body. I lovingly feed it, nourishing it with foods and beverages. I lovingly groom it and dress it, and my body lovingly responds to me with this vibrant health and wonderful energy. I love myself so therefore, I provide for myself a comfortable home, one that fills all my needs and is a pleasure to be in.
I fill the rooms with the vibration of love so that all who will enter, myself included, will hopefully feel
this love and be nourished by it also. I love myself therefore, I work at a job that I will truly enjoy doing and one that uses my creative talents and abilities, working with and for people that I love and that they love me, and earning a good income. I love myself therefore, I behave and think in a loving way to all people for I know that which I give out will return to me threefold. I only attract loving people in my world for I believe that they are the mirror of what I am. I love myself therefore, I forgive and totally release the past and all past experiences and I am free. I love myself therefore, I love totally in the now, experiencing each moment as good and knowing that my future is bright, and joyous, and secure for I am a beloved child of the Universe and the Universe lovingly takes care of me now and forever. And so it is my friend.
ATTRACTING LOVE
Love comes when we least expect it, when we are not looking for it at all. Hunting for love will never bring you the right partner. It only creates a longing and unhappiness.
Love is never
outside ourselves, love is within us!
Don't insist that loves will come immediately. Perhaps you are not ready to receive it, or maybe you are not developed enough to attract the real love you want.
Don't settle for anybody just so you have someone. Set your standards.
What kind of love do you want to attract? List all the qualities that it is that you want in this relationship. Develope those qualities in yourself first, and then, you will see that you will then attract a person who has them.
You might examine what may be keeping your love away. Could it be too much criticism? Or do you have feelings of unworthiness? Maybe you have set your standards unreasonably? Faery tale images? Celebrity images? Or perhaps you have a fear of intimacy. Or just a belief that you are unloveable.
Be ready for love when it does come.
Prepare the field and be ready to nourish love. Be loving, and you will be lovable. Be open and receptive to love. You will find love.
Understanding Death
Every one of us is going to die someday, so there is no use in
being afraid of death. You don't feel miserable at the prospect of losing conciousness of your body in sleep: you accept sleep as a state of rest, a pension from this life.
There is nothing to fear. When death come, laugh at it. Death is only an experience through which you are meant to learn a great lesson; we cannot die.
When we came into this world, we cried and everyone else smiled! We should live our life that when we die, everyone else will cry, but we will be smiling!
~A HEALING~
This I do freely, gladly, in the hope that I will help anyone in need~ (gentle, kind words from a wonderful person who goes by the name, Pan)..
I sit down, in a quiet space, and banish from my mind the trivial trials of the day~
I focus inward, to find that quiet space within myself, that I may begin~
A quietness decends upon me, The distractions of the outside world fade into nothingness~
I see before me where there was nothing before, a single shining golden thread floating,
spinning slowly in front of me.
I concentrate upon this thread, and soon there are two~
I continue this process until I have before me a sphere of the purest gold,
turning slowly before me, like as a mirror itshines back into the room.
Now Begins my task~
I prepare for what is to come, by visualizing a bright white light piercing me,
and flowing into the ground below me,
toground myself for what is to be~
I breathe evenly, and gather myself,
as I open pathways to the universe.
I feel the tickle of the first bits of energy,
as it passes through me, and flows in an ever increasing stream,
into the sphere.
I watch as the sphere easily contains the vast resources that pour into it~
Soon I sense that it is filled,
but to that I add a healing thought, of kindness and grace~
I now pass this sphere to all who may need it,
for as each spirit has different needs, so does this sphere have different healings.
It is NOT all things to all peoples,
but surely is all that is needed by those I sent it to is contained within its shining surface~.
When you see the sphere, hanging in the air before you,
fear it not, but rather embrace the joy of discovery,
and become one with it, each in your own way.
Will, or allow, or call the sphere to rise above you,
and let it descend over you encompasing you completely.
Relax within the sphere, and feel the energy and healing as it flows about and through you.
Gather to yourself what it is that you need,
and fill yourself with this healing.
As you emerge from the sphere, notice the joy in your heart,
and the lightness of step.
Only one thing remains for completion.
Take that energy that you did not consume,,
and send it on to others that you know in need,
so that the sphere's work may continue~
As it leaves on its extended journey,
notice that is has not been deminished from its meeting with you, but rather is reinforced,
and if anything is larger and even more powerful then before~
Such is the nature of a gift~
This I have done, gladly, willingly,
for others, as I have done also for myself~
